They were great! Very nice and knowledgeable of the animals I was talking about. They were very compassionate about the welfare of the animal as well!

We experienced a snake in our backyard and wanted to make sure it was safe for us as well as family and pets. Devon was exceptional! He is very knowledgeable about snakes and their habits and what draws them to an area. He did a thorough review of our yard and found no lingering snakes. 911 Wildlife can be very proud of his professionalism, knowledge, and courtesy.

Very unsatisfied with this company. I was referred to them to help get a squirrel out of my fireplace. Before anyone was sent out, I was told it would be $75 just for them to come out and inspect what could be done or attempt to help. However, when they arrived they told me it would be $200 before they even looked at anything/if they could get the squirrel out.

After saying that I was quoted $75, he told me he could lower it to $125. All of this was just shady and bad business. He ended up putting a rope down my chimney and didn't even successfully get the squirrel out. So he basically charged me $125 to drop something down my chimney and wasn't even there for more than a few minutes.

I used this company as my city referred me to them and they are just cheaters, they took $75 from me just for inspection and the inspector never bothered to check the skunks under my deck reported and gave me a heavy quote of $750 for just putting 10ft of wire mesh under my fence. I want the owner Bonnie to refund my $75 and beware others to not use this company as they are more bothered for making money from you than fixing the issues.

My thanks to Bob who was friendly, did excellent work plugging holes in my eaves to stop the squirrels. He was professional and had a real knowledge of how these squirrels things. Certainly would and will recommend to others. Service: General wildlife removal

Wow! This company taught me how to make my property unhospitable to rats. In other words, the rats left on their own! This technique takes 5 minutes a week and costs about $20 a year. I went from having so many rats that they were actually coming out to my patio during the day, to none at all. I used no poison, no traps, nothing lethal. Years later, I still use the same techniques they taught me to keep my property rat-free! I love this company.

Had squirrels in the attic making themselves at home. My pest control company referred us to 911 Wildlife. They are great and very professional through the entire process. Devin came out and confirmed it was in fact squirrels and identified all possible entry points. He was very thorough and made all the necessary repairs to close all entry points, except for the one way exit of course. After a few days the squirrels had left and Devin returned to remove the one way door and close the last entry point and complete repairs.

Excellent responsive service. Had a squirrel in my attic, same employee came multiple times to inspect, create a one way door for squirrel to leave, and then came back a couple weeks later to patch up hole to prevent futher entrances. Also, conducted a roof inspection to block any additional points of entry. Recommend for high professionalism and results if you ever need a squirrel removed from attic. Services at very reasonable rates.

I highly recommend 911 Wildlife. The company has been around for some time now and has helped everyone from homeowners to businesses to cities. I had a terrible problem with squirrels in my attic. 911 Wildlife put a one way egress in place so that all the squirrels could get out, but could not get back in. The repaired and sealed any other possible entry points. All went well and everyone was a pleasure to work with.

Poor service! The guy that came to my house 1 hour late to check the attic for squirrel noises, was very laim and with alcohol breath covered with mints, inspected my 3600 sq feet house around and in the attic in less than 20 minutes, he said he did not find anything, but he gave me a $1000+ estimate to covers possible holes and charged me $35 for the inspection. and I still listening the squirrel playing with the nuts. really? He couldn't even see the nuts around or squirrel poop? No information at all about how to DIY as I was informed over the phone when I called for the appointment

I have used 911Wildlife two times over the past 10 or so years, most recently having concerns with squirrels in the attic during a remodel/addition project. I have always found the owners and techs to be incredibly helpful and professional. Their knowledge of wildlife habits and behavior is amazing, and is a great asset in actually solving problems on an older home (or any home), and not just creating a temporary solution.

They even did a neighborhood education talk for a small crowd when several of us were having different issues. That was several years ago and neighbors still rave about how helpful it was. I will never hesitate to call them with any wildlife concerns around my home.

The work and craftsmanship Justine did for our home was awesome! We had a couple squirrels get into our attic chewing through the eve.

He was able to put in one way doors that allowed the squirrels to leave on their own humanly without harming them. He came back when he said he would to make sure they were all gone before securing the opening. Justin and the team are real experts in their industry. Justin has a lot of knowledge he shares with customers on prevention measures as well.

He also pointed out resting points where it would be easy for them to start over and we got those resolved as well. They are very quick to respond to you by phone and get appoints set for you quickly. I highly recommend 911 wildlife and the team for any wildlife needs you have. Excellent customer service - Amanda is so nice! Very reasonable prices and knowledgeable employees. They won't charge you an arm and a leg for something you can do yourself - they'll walk you through how to solve the problem. Also they don't scare you into thinking you need all sorts of expensive services.

911 Wildlife is a humane pest control company that removes squirrels, raccoons, mice and other wild animals from your home without resorting to poison, traps, etc. I appreciate their philosophy because I'm an animal lover myself. After installing a one-way exit door for a few days to let the resident racoons out from under my house, they came back and installed a custom, permanent door on my crawlspace entry. It wasn't entirely functional on the first installation, but they came back and fixed it (just by moving the hinges). I would recommend this service to others.
