I have been using A-Action for years with great satisfaction. A few days ago I found ants around kitchen area, and today Kevin came to inspect the situation both inside and outside the house. He then performed preventive /treatment with powder and liquid spray. Beautiful job done. I could tell he was extremely busy. But he was right on time and very patient to explain what was happening and shared a few useful tips. Thanks Kevin, really appreciate it.

Stan was very professional, friendly, thorough and courteous. This was his first visit and was diligent in trying to find all the "hot spots" and areas of entry. Will keep you updated. Stan was back today for first quarter check. He was on time, friendly, courteous, and thorough. He asked about any concerns and acted on them. I have not seen any activity since his first visit. So far so good.

Not only did my technician, Phil, do a great indoor and outdoor inspection of my house, he also noticed a gas smell while outside my house. I could not smell anything, but still called the gas company and sure enough there was a gas leak. My utmost gratitude and thanks to Phil for noticing the smell which allowed me to report it and address it before there was any danger to anyone or to property. Thanks Phil!

Great service experience today. My technician Alex was friendly and professional. He did a very thorough job of checking for mice and other woodland creatures who might want to come inside for the winter. He explained everything in great detail and really took his time to make sure that all of my questions were answered and my needs were met. We became clients of A-Action several years ago when we discovered a pest issue after moving into a new home. They had a technician, Rob, out to the house the very next day and he had the problem under control quickly. Since then, Rob has been providing us with quarterly, preventative service. He's outstanding - always efficient, timely, informative, and super friendly!

His explanation of what he was doing and why was very clear and he makes it easy to understand. Phil and his partner were very professional and did top notch work. They were friendly and courteous, and fully explained their procedure for getting rid of the yellow jacket nest that had taken up residence next house. I didn't hear the doorbell when they came because I was in the backyard, but rather than just leave, they took the time to find me, for which I was thankful. I will definitely use A-Action Pest Control for any future needs.
