We used this business the previous year and had a good experience. The tech was good and thorough and had good customer service skills. Fast forward to this year. We called the company and they came out, this time it was a different tech. He treated the exterior and interior of the house for fleas as we have pets. A day after the treatment the fleas were no better, a week after the treatment the same.
So we call up the owner and ask that they come back out. So he says the interior is guaranteed, but not the exterior. So much for satisfaction guaranteed! He says there will be a nominal fee for the exterior. The same guy comes back out. My wife was here when he arrived and he starts spraying the backyard with an AEROSOL can! I kid you not! We are not the sharpest tools in the shed when it comes to this stuff, but come on already!
My wife is livid by this point and tells him to get a sprayer. He gets out the sprayer and then acts like he doesn't know how to use it. So when he is all done he tries to charge us the full price. My wife goes off on the guy and then calls the owner who drops it down to $100. Guess what they fleas weren't gone. It was as if the yard had never been treated.
So almost $300 later and we still have the same issue. After this I go to the Home Depot and get diatomaceous for $8 a bag. Bingo! Problem solved. Don't waste your money, do it yourself.

The owner has no customer service skills I must have called him on a off day. He declared that services had been rendered at my residence yet there was no indication that he had gone to the my residence. I advised him we still had trouble and requested he come by and he said we already came and sprayed outside. I explained to him he was ripping me off I had no bill of sale and or indication he came by and he was needed inside.
He Became argumentative and said I'm sorry. He claimed to have only come by and sprayed outside without going into residence. My family was in the back of the residence and saw no one. He is a fraud and will rip you off! I would suggest a more reputable pest control conpany, the owner does not care and he only wants to rip people off! The customer is not always right with this company! No customer service, argumentative, and he doesn't care if your happy with service!
