Horrible service. Showed up at a different time that we agreed on. Employee was rude. Ingrid (receptionist) had no clue of what she was doing. Wouldn't recommend.

They were quick to schedule service. Showed up on time, tech was professional looking and took care of what I had issues with.

I read a previous review about how the owner, Rudy, was a good neighbor and a great exterminator too! He described a small but kindly service Rudy performed to help him. Well, that sold me, so tired of corporate companies with no human face to them. Rudy came to inspect my house and yard and showed me the icky termites. While there he noticed water coming off my roof and just had to Climb up there to fix it for me!

Can you imagine? What a kind thing to do. They will be here in a day to fix all My bugs and termites too! Fast service! I must remember to ask him what I can do about the neighborhood skunk-- Highly recommend, support local businesses! Norma Jean Gradsky

I want to thank Rudy Quezada for his service. I recently bought my first home and I don't know much about taking care of it. He saw a couple of things that needed attention and recommended a simple solution he has personally used. I really appreciate him trying to help because these recommendations were outside the scope of the pest control services. I see how he wasn't trying to sell. He was just trying to be nice and help a young family maintain their home.

Company charges full amount even when tech only sprays outside. The tech knocks lightly so he/she doesn't have to spray inside. They did it so many time no wonder I have spiders all over the place.

Good company they came out to check for termites and technician was very friendly and informative. He showed me termites when he found them and they charged me a fair price. I called around for pricing before he started and was very competitive. They were clean, friendly and bery polite. I spoke to owner and manager and never treated me like a $ sign. Excellent! Called yesterday and it was easy to schedule an appointment for today. Rafael (I think it was his name), came in on time! He Was very respectful, friendly, thorough, explaining me findings and preventive maintenance care. Price was good. Will highly recommend and will certainly call them again. Prices were average and affordable.

Living in El Paso we grew up to see ant trails everywhere, spiders crawling on our house, Mosquitos in our backyard, and were told by many pest control companies that they could be contained, only to see them over & over again until I was referred to AAA pest control by my former employer who own several properties around town. Not only did we get rid of ALL of the pest control problem for good, but the customer service was AWSOME, taking care of all my concerns & requests in a very professional manner so we can Enjoy our home with out having to worry about unwanted insects anywhere.
