Miguel and Cody were prompt and professional when they came to perform termite prevention treatment at my home. They explained the details of the treatment, and what to expect after treatment. They even noticed that I have dogs, and told me how long to keep the dogs away from the freshly treated foundation. Excellent service from this pleasant team.

I had some signs of termites in a section of my wall and some signs of past issues, so I was in need of finding a group to help my situation. The first person who came to my home and do an assessment was very personal and professional. Their service seemed reasonably priced, so I agreed to their treatment along the perimeter of my home and along the inside wall line of the troubled area.
The two who did the treatment were efficient and friendly as well. The treatment has looked effective so far, so I'm hoping it will root out my termite issue and I can turn to Action Termite & Pest Control for any annual touch up/maintenance to keep my house termite free.

I used their service to install pigeon deterrence. Andrew went above and beyond to answer my questions, concerns, and he identified trouble areas not seen in the initial free quote. They also cleaned and sanitized the area. My solar panels are now enclosed with meshing. The AC unit and chimney well protected. Those trouble areas I mentioned earlier each using a different detterent for the situation. Very impressed. Great quality, great value.

I had a great experience with this service. Termite activity was noticed when kitchen cabinets were removed at the start of our remodel. They were able to get someone out the next week to inspect and treat prior to the delivery of our new cabinets. Miguel came out to do the inspection and treat the whole property. He worked quickly and efficiently and explained the treatment plan thoroughly. I will definitely use them again, though hopefully I won't need them again for termites.

Travis was on time and did a exceptional job. He explained everything to me and follow thru with the plan. Trap and disposed the rodents, barricade the area so no future return. Cody was nice we were initially upset because there was nothing showing he was from action termite. He was using his own vehicle and had parked away from our property. We saw him walking back and forth looking at our home but initially we always get a courtesy call my mom did not realize he did call on her backup phone number. Overall the inspection went well but just feedback they employees need business cards or something to identify them or send a email or text with the employee picture there has been a lot of unusual activity in our neighborhood. So I was bit suspicious all is fine now that we spoke with the company and got clarity.

Checked thoroughly, and kept us informed of all sightings of mouse droppings. Told us not only where the traps were being set but why. Action termite has been excellent. They got rid of our termites and they do an annual inspection. After 10 years we saw signs of new termites, Heath came out and retreated an interior wall for us. Renting a home that had termites start. The technician that came to treat the property was Miguel he explained what he will be doing today did his work diligently and finished early. I enjoyed the detail he put into explaining what the treatments do and timeframes to look out for. If this happens again will seek to get the service down with him.

I really appreciate when technicians call or text on their way and when they arrive. Shane did just that; he was very professional and respectful of our home and our time. Our boy was napping Shane was polite and helped our dog stay quiet while he worked. Shane also made suggestions but not in a pushy selling manner. It was a great experience thank you!
