I've used All In Once Pest Control and would recommend this company to my friends and family. They are on time, professional and always contact you the day before they show up as a reminder. We had a large ant problem and I could not get rid of them using store bought sprays. All In Once was able to do in 1 day what I couldn't in 3 weeks. Thanks Delica

I have Happily relied on All in One Pest Control for my Bug and Insect extermination for 10 or more years and they have never let me down. The show up on time, they are extremely professional yet also very friendly. The exterminator who services my house makes sure to cover all areas needed and asks me if there is any area that needs special attention.

We receive a call a few days before the service to confirm the date and time work within my schedule. There is a reason I have used these guys at my pervious house and kept them when I moved. They are the Best!

I am giving them a 1 star for a particular reason. After being a customer for 20 years they decided to change up their policy. I am a quarterly client. From day one they ALWAYS emphasized that if a pest returns between visits they come back at no charge. Today I called in with a ant problem and I was informed it would cost me another $35.00 for them to return!

No company I have reviewed does this. Unacceptable! I do know that the owner's children took over the business and if this is their practice they have a lot to learn about customer relations. Five minutes after I declined and hang up they called back and wanted to know if I wanted to cancel subscription instead of trying to work it out with a 20 year customer!

Well the answer was YES! I have no respect for companies that change policies with NO ADVANCE NOTICE OR REASON! UPDATE: After review was contacted by owner. She explained when we changed over to quarterly from bi-monthly there was no longer a guarantee and we would be charged for coming out between services. She informed me that it was stated on the bottom of the receipt they leave at the door.

She was correct. While it was written at the bottom of the receipt, I did not receive formal notice that my service fee was changing as defined in legal terms, i.e., letter, etc. I didn't pay attention to it as I don't pay by receipt, I had auto payment. My bad. So just a warning to others, you never know what another considers notice, pay attention.

Critical: Value Buyer Beware I do not Recommend All In One Pest control. They said they would clean up un under my house and it turned out the fine print said they would only cleanup rakeable cellulose. That was not a good use of $750.00. Very dissatisfied will never use again Service: Termite inspection

Needed to get a termite inspection done for the due diligence on a home I wanted to purchase and All In One Pest Control was on time and thorough. Not only did they identify that the home had termite damage, they also helped give me an idea of how much it would cost to remediate the damages too. I was able to use that info to renegotiate the deal and get the seller to agree to drop the price of the home to cover the expenses. Really happy with their services and will definitely be using them again for any upcoming home transactions in the area.

I have been using this company for many years and plan to continue for many more. I have 2 1/2 acres so I have lots of bugs. Not with this company! If I see an ant or anything else in my house I call them and they come out quickly to help. When I got poison oak plants in the way back they took care of those too. They always call before my appointment to remind me and office staff are most pleasant. Thank you All In One Pest Control! You are the best!
