I just moved into this rental home that was vacant for one year during the remodeling. Im also a new resident to Texas. I opened the garage door and little crawling things scattered to hide! Not knowing anyone local I started searching for the best positive comments in a pest control company. This was on the top of the list. I can see why. Customer service was very friendly and professional as well as the technician that came to the house.
He explained that sin the house was empty, it can occur to appear infested but it wasn't thank goodness. He was very thorough. From the garage to the attic spaces and all rooms including outside. You guys did a great job! Thank you!

Within two days of my calling to request service a service person was at my door. He went all around my house garage and shed took care of ants in my yard. Sprayed and put granules down in my garage then came in and did around all the appliances. And it only took him about a half hour or 45 minutes. He then stood and talk to me and explain the places that I needed to take care of in order to prevent anything unwanted coming into my home.
There were three things which I hadn't even thought about, like a small pallet leaned against my fence. They offered a year contract with a reasonable rate. I'm looking forward to being pest free and working with some very nice people. Rys was my service person and he was awesome.

Discovered I had a termite problem that needed immediate attention. Googled some websites and found All Safe. Discussed the process and program offered with Lucie. She was very knowledgeable about termites in general and made me feel very comfortable in moving forward. Met with Daniel and Alex who were very courteous and knowledgeable about the procedure taken to eliminate the termite problem as well as address other pest problems if needed. Would definitely recommend All Safe.

Had an amazing experince right from the beginning. I put a request out thru yelp git prompt response and they went right down my list of needs. I needed general ants and bugs and also noticed precious homeowner had termite traps. We ran down prices for the various services and I was very happy with the prices. The guys showed up right on time and went about their business without upsetting the household.
Even our dogs welcomed their visit. Great follow up afew days later and the treatments stopped the ants immediately even faster than they predicted. I have had very bad experiences with pest control over the years and I would say this was the most straight forward and honest I have dealt with. I hope older folks that fall pray to shenanigans use this company as they are as good as advertised and give advice that is correct for the issue. I really appreciate not being run through the wringer on services that don't fit the bill.

All safe was able to schedule me quickly. The technician was extremely nice and professional and arrived exactly on time. While the service wasn't able to be completed because the weather did not cooperate, I feel confident that things will be taken care of quickly. Everyone I have spoken to is very nice. I have been using the service for a year and a half. It is a good value for the money. They come quarterly and treat for rodents, termites, and bugs. Since my house is 110 years old and it was semi empty when I bought it it was a serious problem. They will come back between treatments without charging retreat again if you have a problem which I had to do many times in the first year.
The old always send the same person (Robbie) and he is courteous and professional. And they always come back when I call them between services without any complaint. They always come when they say they're gonna come. And they call in advance

Great prices and even better customer service. The exterminator that serviced my property was very respectful and on time. They provide good communication and are very responsive even with their text messages text is better than calls in my opinion. Their product solved my ant issue inside of my home and has begun to remedy the ants outside. Overall a hassle free company to use for your creepy crawler issues. They get my thumbs up!

Quick response, great customer service, easy to work with! It was easy to set up a bug control program at our new house. Phone conversations about the different programs were clear and price was competitive. Contract set up by emailing documents back and forth, easy! I have been using this company since I moved to Texas in July 2021. The staff members who answers the phone are always professional, personable and friendly. The technicians that have come to my house have all been thorough, friendly and very knowledgeable! I have been vey impressed with this company. Anytime I need an appointment scheduled they always come the same week! Victor was my service technician yesterday (1/19/2022).
He is super awesome and very personable. He is always willing to go the extra mile to make us feel comfortable. Very polite and a hard worker. I can tell he takes his craft seriously. This was the 3rd time he has come out and he's always great.

It was very nice to be able to sit in my backyard and not be carried away by the native birds of prey (aka Texas Mosquitoes). They were very good and efficient and very understanding when I forgot to change my payment method and a payment was missed. I'll be using them again next year, but I'll be calling them sooner than I did this year!

My experience with All-Safe Pest and Termite was excellent from the beginning. Amanda W. provided great customer service, and was able to answer all of my questions regarding the types of pests they treat and the difference between the 2 protection programs (Protection Plus and Safe Select). I also told Amanda that I am working from home and have a lot of meetings starting at 9am the day of inspection.
The time window of inspection was 9-11am. The Pest Control Technician, Bob Hardy, came to my home at 8:30am which I was thankful for, since that did not impact my work day too much! Bob was extremely knowledgeable about various pests and how to treat them. He explained that the chemical treatments are pet-friendly which was great to know since I have a dog!
The overall experience was excellent. Bob mentioned that the results/effects of the treatment normally takes about a week, so just for that reason I give a 4-star rating. For customer service, knowledge of pests and how to treat them, it is surely 5-stars!

I first noticed quite a few of my neighbors used All Safe. I called them up. Very professional, explained their processes and communications. They contact me before regular inspections, on my week day off, so I can unlock the back gate and have the dogs inside. Their initial inspection had several people at my house for quite a while. Very thorough. I was a little surprised how thorough. Pricing is very good. They take no short cuts. They plan on keeping customers and getting referrals. That is how you grow a company.

I really like All-Safe. We have 2 acres in the countryside of McKinney and there are plenty of bugs out here. We have been using this company for over a year and are very satisfied with the service. Brian comes to take care of our house and he is awesome. He's friendly, does a great job and knows what he is talking about. We also just started their mosquito treatment and are very impressed.
They dropped one trap and sprayed 1 time and we don't have a mosquito problem anymore. They say it gets better as time goes on so we are thrilled because it's great right off-the-bat. Great pest control.

We have been customers for several years had long battle with rodents in the attic. The ultimately sealed every potential entry. I pay my annual fee and we just saw our friendly neighborhood Democrats running along the fence and my terrier chases them. A call to All Safe will bring them here to set traps. I hope to donate the carcasses to the DNC for their big event in a couple weeks.

I woke up to my kitchen being covered in ants, and this has been my third infestation within a week and a half! I decided it was time I turn my problem over to an exterminator, and reached out to All-Safe! Amanda was so helpful on the phone, and thoroughly explained everything to me. She was able to get a manager to come out today so I wouldn't have to wait to get the issue resolved! Brian showed up right on time and did an inspection around the perimeter of the house.
He let me know where the source was coming from and that he had sprayed several nests! I was so happy with my overall experience and know I will be in great hands for the next year in my new home! Thank you so much Amanda and Brian!

We moved into our new house in Frisco back in early July and after about a month, one weekend of hanging outside in the backyard led to over 30 bug/mosquito bites on my legs alone. We called All-Safe alongside some other pest control services and they had one of the best prices, alongside the most straightforward pricing and billing. They came the next day and covered all of the potential mosquito hot spots, and then a few days later did the general pest control both inside and out.
That day was also when we had a huge storm in the afternoon, and to ensure they could work, the technician arrived early (with a heads up) and got his work done just in time before the storm hit. So far we've been clear from bug bites and haven't seen any other critters either.

These guys are awesome. Family owned company, nice people and do a great job. We used Terminex for years. The last few months it was a 2 week wait for an appointment with Terminex. When we did schedule an appointment, they wouldn't show up! All safe sprayed inside and out. They treated our ant beds and set rat traps, which we caught 3 mice. They are also cheaper than Terminex. $59 first month plus $29 each additional month. I believe Terminex was $140 or $150 a quarter. Also, when you call you get a love person in their office. Don't hesitate to call All Safe
