Business experience wasn't the strong point when President Jonathan (Jon) Montalbo decided to open a pest control business. Just recently I fumigated my house for termite infestation. The crew who came to my house are on time, courteous, polite, responsive to our concerns & questions. Their warranty for the job is excellent compared to other 2 companies I used before. After the fumigation on the following day, they even come checked if the house is safe to enter. I recommend to anyone the services of Aloha Termite & Pest Control.

Aloha Termite recently did our home. Staff was courteous and professional to my wife and coordination was great. We let Aloha Termite know we are having a baby and they were able to accommodate the tenting of the home in a timely matter before my wife gave birth which was awesome. One issue I did have was that the lady that came out to the home for the inspection said that there would only be 1 person going in and out of the house for security reasons.
This was not the case as we seen 3 different people on our indoor camera. 2 women and one male. Other than that service was great and Aloha Termite is a 5 star company. Everything was great once the tenting was removed and no issues with pests since the tenting. Mahalo Aloha Termite.

Preston Yamaguchi came over to give us an estimate on bird removal on ten of our rafters on our house. We did not know the bird droppings caused a roach problem for years. Nothing worked all the spraying, roach baits and roach bombs in the attic was all for nothing. Since we put the spikes on the rafters not one bird roosts on the rafters. Thank you Preston this was a great investment.

Aloha spirit is there. I was unable to use their service for termite fumigation because my roof was unsafe. I wasn't told that until the evening they came to fumigate did they do an inspection. By that time, hotel arrangements were made for the night. The next morning I called to ask for my initial payment with reimbursement for hotel. They were very professional & granted my request. Thank you Aloha Termite.

The name says it all. Got to meet set up crew and watch them do their thing. They really take care of your home while putting tent up. Came home to the way I left it, my yard was clean like they were never here. Office crew, estimators all were friendly and answered all my questions. Will definitely use them again.

The team headed by Ivan did a very thorough job. They very efficiently completed their work, worked well as a team. One drilled another filled solution followed by another who filled holes and another to level the covering. They planned the job and ensured me of any interferences electrical and water piping. Team leader Devonn on tenting day (termites.eww, but at least no other crawlies) was fantastic answering all questions, ensuring house was secure, careful checking, and prep. So professional and thorough! Wore a mask throughout pre-fumigation walk-through and practiced social distancing perfectly. Afterwards, invoicing and payment with Jamie was a breeze and done no-contact. Perfect for records! Effective, efficient, professional, and friendly. Good value for the money. Local company with hardworking local employees. Would use again!

We really enjoy Aloha Termite, very professional and best of all, my pests are gone. We had centipedes coming into our house daily, I would find 2 every morning and my daughter and wife were terrified. After Aloha Termite came to our house they found a small hole near our door that they were coming in from. They patched it, sprayed around our house and since then we are centipede free. Not to mention cockroaches all gone too. Highly recommend

Been wanting pest control since we moved in two years ago. My husband made calls and Aloha Termite & Pest Control came out and gave us an estimate. The cost was cheaper than most of the other places we called. They came out yesterday for the initial treatment. Professional and polite, addressed concerns. This morning I took my dogs out to use the bathroom and came across dead and dying roaches throughout my backyard So grateful! I was going around my house spraying bug spray and using ant chalk with minimal results! Thank you so much!

I'm a professional property manager and our company had always used Kamaaina Termite & Pest control for our portfolio of 130+ properties. Of course, with the situation at Kamaaina we had to find another company to service our accounts. I contacted no less than 5 companies and had varying degrees of response/ease in working with them. Some separate their pest control from their termite and you have to go through 2 departments and get 2 bids.
Others just take a long time to respond or quoted extremely high prices for taking over systems/services that were already established, but not Aloha. They were prompt on responding and providing professional and reasonable quotes. I'm looking forward to working with them as our new preferred vendors.
