Pest control has been a part of my life as long as I can remember. My dad, Jim Shockey, worked for Western Exterminator since before I was born. When I was old enough to write, I would anxiously await the 1st day of the month so I could fill out his 3-part service slips filling in his customers' names and addresses for the month.

We hire this company every year to prevent the ant invasion that would otherwise happen. They are quick and responsive, reasonably priced and even provide a guaranty. The service providers themselves are friendly and yet unobtrusive and clearly explain what they are doing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Service: Ant extermination

My service applicator is Sam and he's so easy to work with - he keeps me updated on his ETA, he's very competent and educates me as to why he's applying chemical to certain areas, and he's friendly and fun. A+++ My account at American City P & T is a breeze. They've already pre-scheduled my quarterly visits for the following year and have them displayed as a calendar on my account page.

Hello dear customers. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. They did a spot treatment on my home and charged me $380.00. The entire service took 27 minutes and consisted of them spraying some termite spray into some holes it the wall. I called see if they could reduce the price of the bill for such a short service. I spoke to a manager she told me that was their minimum charge no matter how long they were their.
She said that charge was for their guarantee for a year that the termites would not return. I also own a service business and always let my customer know up front what I charge hourly and never charge for a guarantee for what service we preform. Bottom line the manager was very rude and did not care that I had used the company twice in the past. Needless to say, they will not get any business form me in the future.

We were having a problem with ants and no matter what we tried, it was unsuccessful. After having American City come out and treat the property, no more problem. The technicians are very professional and offer recommendations to keep them from returning and are attentive to details. I've recommended them to neighbors and several have already contracted them. Thanks again American City!

So far consider me an unhappy customer. We paid $185 to spray a small home inside and out mostly for ants. I have called twice and have been told that I will have to wait two weeks for them to come out and spray again. However, I still have a major ant problem. I called the office and spoke to a rude young woman that curtly told me it will be 2 weeks on Thursday.
I asked to set up an appointment this week and was told "now that wouldn't be too weeks, would it?". Who talks to a customer like that? Friday could have been offered. We'll see when they finally come out next Monday to respray this place. Doubt seriously I'll pay any more money to these folks. Thumbs down!

I never write reviews but I had to come in and let you all know love love love this service and my monthly technician. We were having issues with another company leaving my gate open and not cleaning up after themselves. They are always on schedule, and my tech is courteous and professional. I even have recommended them to family and my neighbors now. Thank you American City I am so much happier! #ihatebugs
