The service is professional and friendly! Mr. David makes the service an AWESOME experience! He answers all our questions with knowledge and kindness! He makes a point to talk to the kids and dogs with a smile! My kids always ask when is Mr David coming back! I've only had my first treatment but my technician, Dylan, was professional/knowledgeable and explained the best course of action to deal with our specific issue and why. The business representative is always great. He's very knowledgeable, does a good inspection, and is extremely personable. The only bad experience is the proposed increase in annual charge. As Retired senior, my retirement income is very limited. I've been with American Pest control for twelve years. This will be the second rate increase during this time. I'm very pleased with American Pest control service.

My husband and I had American Pest Control perform a termite inspection on the home we are purchasing. I would rate this company 10 stars if possible. Their customer service was courteous, prompt, and professional especially as it was the week before Thanksgiving. Debbie could not have been kinder and Tony went above and beyond!
