We were referred to Apex from a neighbor. Apex got out to the house the same day, and returned the following day to finish the work. I called Apex at around 9 am for a yellow jacket infestation in the siding of my house and by 1 pm it was taken care of. Corey, the exterminator, was punctual, courteous, friendly, and communicated clearly about arrival time, treatment, and payment, and he totally eliminated the nest. They also have a 30-day guarantee, which is fantastic. This is a very friendly business.

The representative I spoke to on the phone told me he could refer me to someone who does bats, even though they don't do bats. I would definitely refer this business to a friend, and for any other pest problems I will use this business again.

I can't say enough about this company. I had a previous pest control company before switching to Apex. So glad I did. Brad is so knowledgeable and easy to speak with. I can not say enough good things about this company! Seriously. The personal approach and care they take with your house is unlike what you would expect. I live out of state, but they take the time to call you on the phone and discuss everything they did and answer all your questions. Who does that? We have been with Apex from the beginning over 2 years now and we will be lifelong customers.

I contacted Apex because of mice problem in and under our home. I chose Apex over their competitors because of the thoroughness of their explanation of the procedure to get rid of all our little Mickey and Minnies. The tech that came was Brad and he checked around and in the house, and strategically placed the bait containers. He explained the what and why of the traps and their placements and answered any and all of my questions.

Excellent representative for the company. Best yet, within a week we no longer heard any little footsteps in or under our house and no more little pellets to remember them by, Great company!.

My husband and I have rental properties in Black Mountain and Asheville and have utilized different pest control companies through the years. Jeff was quick to respond to my phone call to answer my questions/concerns and with prices lower than what we had been paying. Our technician, Luke G. is very knowledgeable, incredibly thorough, and will send me photo's of problem areas.

After my phone call to Apex and talking over my problems I'm having, they were there within a couple of hours to get to work on them!

Had an appointment for a Monday late morning. The representative never showed. We never received a phone call. We called another company who responded immediately.

Yesterday my car ran out of gas just as I was about to turn into a gas station. As I was walking along the highway exit to get a second canister of gas, two guys from this company stopped and filled up my tank with extra gas that they had. They also refused any kind of payment. Thank you!!!! Your kindness does not go unnoticed. If I ever need pest control services, I will be calling you!

First I would like to commend Hunter, my technician, for his personal and professional qualities. My house was being invaded by tiny ants! I placed a phone call to Apex and voiced my concerns to Tim. He was the friendly voice on the other end of the phone. He told me I had called the right place and indeed, I had. They came out very promptly and treated for me, also gave me advice about these unwanted creatures.

They know their 'stuff' and can explain things very well. I have wanted to get my house on a treatment plan for years but I had just put it off. I am now under a yearly treatment plan with Apex and I feel very good about this. I have told my neighbors, family and friends about Apex and some have told me they use them already and have been for years and years.

So we ALL recommend Apex to ALL of you! Jeff, Tim, Hunter and Collin are the wonderful employees I had the pleasure of working with. Others I know have used other technicians and say they are also great. These guys truly care about what is going on and what you need help with. I will be honest and admit that I have never hired this company and I am in no way rating the quality of their pest control services. HOWEVER, I was recently driving home from work and got cut off by one of their drivers in a clearly marked "Apex" vehicle. They pulled out of a parking lot right on front of me as I was trying to drive down the road through a green light.

Normally I would dismiss this as a silly driving mistake. I honked once to let them know that they cut me off but then I simply proceeded to drive home. After a couple minutes, the driver turned off the road and flipped me the middle finger! I kid you not. It was completely inappropriate and unfounded. I will absolutely NEVER use or recommend this service.

I truly believe that a person who is that inconsiderate does not deserve my patronage. I apologize for the negative review as normally I am a completely positive person and I love all of our local Asheville businesses!

Apex has serviced my home for 13 years. Very trustworthy and reasonably priced.

Apex Pest Control can best be described as reliable and knowledgeable pest control. They understand my concerns with pets and children present while needing to adequately treat for pests. I Have hired Apex for clients, family and my personal home to perform inspections, new construction termite shield, yard treatment for ticks and spiders, as well as monthly service.

These guys are the best. Jeff & Bobby both excellent. Once they started treatments at my house it made such a huge difference inside and out with the amount of insects we had around. They are quick to come out and they even cut me a break on services when I moved out of my rental house for my "last treatment". I would not use anyone else in AVL. These folks are small, local, and will give you the customer service you won't get with the big companies.

We recently moved to Asheville into a new home, on a mountain in a wooded area, and were not quite prepared for the "friends" who come with the beauty and tranquility here. We began to have a problem with ants who apparently love our kitchen, and found we were just unable to keep them in check. We also had a little mouse or two running around, yikes!

Not used to that after living in a suburban neighborhood for most of our lives. In an effort to support local businesses, we contact Apex Pest Control one evening online. The very next day Bobby from Apex followed up with us and came out the next day - we were truly shocked to have someone come out so soon! Bobby went through our house with us, including the basement and garage, pointing out where he saw mouse droppings, where the ants seemed to be coming from, he also indicated that a couple shrubbery could be contributing to the problem as they retain a lot of water.

And they're right outside our kitchen window. He put out bait in all the trouble spots and set out mouse trap boxes. He also explained to us that Apex does a 2-week follow-up after the treatment to see how it's working. Amazing customer service! I noticed some ants in another location and called Bobby, he stopped by later that same day and treated that area as well.

My mother simply could not believe that someone came back out that quickly. Thank you, Apex, and thank you, Bobby, for your willingness to go above and beyond to help your customers! Go local!

I Have used this company for about a year now. I had Hunter come out today he was very friendly and wanted to make sure I was happy with the service, in which I am. The office staff is also great always greeted with a friendly voice. I highly recommend using this company

When I started seeing little piles of debris on my floor I figured I had a problem. Either insects would take my house or a pest control company would take my money (and may or may not fix the pest problem). I became more frightened when I started reading reviews. Then I found Apex. They had great reviews so I called them. Based on my personal experience all the reviews are true.

These people know pests and how to get rid of them. However the special thing I want to share with you, is the fact that the people are honest. They do not oversell or try to sell you something you really don't need. They easily could have in my case but they didn't. How refreshing to fine professional competent and honest people. I give them 5 stars, and would recommend them to anyone.
