AZ Pest Control monitored our attic and outside of our home for pack rats over the course of a month. They were able to capture one rodent and determine no other current rodent activity was occurring. We now use them to come out monthly to monitor any additional activity. We are very happy with their service. Every employee that has come out has been knowledgeable and professional.

I've read these guys reports and that wasnt easy to do. It's very hard to read the writing. There were no photographs or detailed documentation of what they've done or where they've done it. They did make a couple dots on a piece of graph paper. Comparing this to other service companies in this field, I have little confidence in these guys. I like the fact that they're a local company, that has been around a long time. Hopefully they can get things in order and step it up a notch.

For many years the same person comes by and inspects the premises thoroughly. He is quite pleasant and friendly. Gives me a report, we discuss it and that's it for another year. Quite professional and by now knows the house so is able to check potential trouble spots easily. Services: Termite inspection, Termite extermination, General pest inspection

Aggressive sales tactics. Higher initial cost than other companies. Only provide a "discount" if you sign up for a year and then you are penalized if you cancel early. I will no longer use their services as they are overpriced and require your credit card on file so they can auto charge monthly.

Arizona pest control is great! They did a thorough inspection and laid out some plans for us to choose from. They were able to get someone in within two weeks. They sent David over who was so nice and friendly! He quickly and efficiently did the outside and inside for our initial service ($150). He wore a mask and bootie covers when he came in as well which was very nice. Overall they were very communicative and clear about the services and made sure we had no questions that went unanswered. Happy to found such a great company!

A bedbug infestation starting in the room of a long term guest presented an immense challenge. The team was not only thorough and came back several times beyond the expected services to get the bugs out of the electric motor on a hospital-type bed but provided emotional support as well, both with the non-judgmental kindness and attentiveness of the exterminators themselves and providing a 24/7 support person who saw us through. Many months have now passed since the last night-time bite. We are so grateful to the entire team.

We purchased a house that had prior termite issues that had been treated by another pest service. When the house inspection detected new activity, we contacted Arizona Pest Control. AZPest did a thorough and professional inspection that provided plan for permanent control. They haze now installed a termite bait system for long term control as well as treating for more immediate local infestations.

Both the inspector and the implememtation team were informative, polite, thorough and professional. They helped us understand that the scary issue is very manageable and at an affordable price. Thank you.

DO NOT USE this service. Extremely disappointed by Arizona Pest Control. I used their services for the last 3 years under the impression I was only getting charged for my house and surrounding area but in fact was getting charged for two properties one that had been cancelled and told to avoid completely in 2019, which the technician at the time confirmed that it would be cancelled and that they would not go to that property again.

The company then attempted to spray the unauthorized property and the technician got into a fight with the tenant. They then called me blamed everything on me when I have absolutely nothing to do with that property or the tenant they went to by mistake, they then so rudely told me I was done with them and their service and treated me so terribly on the phone I felt like crying after.

They did not care or even acknowledge that it was listed in there notes that they should not go to the other property since 2019 and when I asked to be refunded for the over charges, they said there is absolutely no way that would happen. I have never been treated so terribly in my life and have been left feeling so upset by the entire situation. They also still charged me for the day that they came out, did not perform the service got into a fight with another property and cancelled on me!

Great experience- everyone was super nice and friendly. Process was explained well. We are set up now for ongoing services and the price is reasonable. I couldn't be happier knowing I wont have scorpions in the house now! Services: Bug & insect extermination, General pest inspection

I first contacted Arizona Pest Control when I noticed a termite tube in the ceiling of my 36-year-old home. I'd never had termites before, so didn't know what to expect. An inspector came out the next day and confirmed the presence of termites, and told me why I likely had them now and hadn't had them earlier. Homes in the 80s were built with a 30-year termite control chemical added to the ground when they were built.

My 34-year-old house had reached the end of that initial treatment and would need to be protected. I was quoted a fair price for a good quality of very professional service. A year into my initial five-year contract, I've already recommended Arizona Pest Control to several friends. I hope they follow my advice.

Did a thorough inspection, gave me a quote, and scheduled treatment within the following 2-weeks. Communication was clear and the work was completed in a timely manner by polite and professional technicians. I appreciated the professional and kind service.

Avoid this company. Salesman is great, service is extremely poor. Will not do a proper job. Lied about time spent at home; My ring cameras do not lie. They said they have GPS on the truck and it shows the truck was there an acceptable amount of time. What my camera show is the truck sitting out front for a while, then the technician getting out, getting the equip and spending about 3-4 minutes away from the vehicle, then returning, and sitting in the vehicle for another few minutes and departing. (My property is not that small) Not accountable for the poor service in any way. When I called to question the service, they just told me they were not a good fit for me. Not sure how they stay in business.

Anthony was SO kind, helpful and professional. The estimate I received was beyond reasonable. I was even given a schedule for the next year so there's no work on my part. Great so far! No complaints. They quickly identified areas of concern during the inspection, including a new termite tube. They need to come back for a proper termite inspection but in the meantime targeted other areas of concern. Inspectors and technicians have been friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I can't speak to their value yet as I'm a new customer but I'm happy with the price quoted and billed!

I've had an account with Arizona Pest for 20 years. I've given them 5 star reviews in the past. But we sold our home and our rental property a few months ago. I called and told them to cancel the account. One of their inspectors emailed later to set up appointment; I responded via email that we no longer owned the property and to cancel our accounts.

Someone else called to set up appointment and I again told them we had cancelled account. Yet my credit card was billed. When I called, they explained that communicating with an inspector wasn't sufficient and that they had no record of the various phone calls. An "an exception" they agreed to refund my $91. But really--responding to an email from jedwards@azpest.com wasn't sufficient? Calling them wasn't sufficient? No way to run a business.

You see that number? 1132 nearly all five star reviews! Sit on that for a second, crazy isn't it? Everybody here's got a reason why, so I'll throw mine in and make it 1133. We had Brian De Nomme out for an inspection about a week ago and I can literally not remember a more pleasant, insightful, and honest conversation with any house service related person ever.

Full stop. Beyond being a complete professional, he also has an absolutely wild amount of knowledge re: termites. I'm thinking about calling him out again just so he can drop more knowledge on me. So in case the incredible number of reviews don't persuade you, maybe my little review will. Do yourself a favor and give Brian a call, see what it's like to work with a real professional.

I would have done 5 stars except. you get charged 35 dollars for canceling and rescheduling a service you pay for. Makes zero sense and just another way for companies to penny pinch from already high paying customers. They also don't do pigeons and their treatment for mice is super minimal. Otherwise so far a good company. Very informative and knowledgeable. Always answers questions and super friendly.

Just had a free inspection of house and the inspector, Brian D., was very helpful and informative about termites. What we thought was termites was cricket droppings. Will have these inspect every year.

Very friendly and knowledgeable, professional and mindful of their clients. Will at AZ Pest control performed an initial consultation and scouted the premises as general practice. Answered my questions regarding the pest problems at hand, set up a schedule and voila a few days later I am cleaning up dead insect carcasses off the floor, their product is doing their job well! Billy of AzPC did a great initial setup and was very respectful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

They keep my house and yard pest free and they make sure my dogs are kept safe. Very nice and they make it easy to change appointments.

We use Az Pest Control for pests, packrats and termites. Ali is always on time, thorough and friendly. We appreciate his diligence in keeping our home in great shape. The products and service are the best. Laura has been a delight on the rare occasions I've had to inquire with an accounting question. Sure do appreciate her customer service!

Used AZ Pest for several years and was assigned Gary as the tech. He was great! Gave us a heads up he was here, applied the treatment as required, listened to our concerns. got Jason when they reassigned techs. NOT good. Did as he pleased, asked no questions, didn't do an application in the garage, left puddles of spray in from of the garage door, didn't tell us he was here (so we had overspray in the house), the 'deflected' (I told you I was coming). Good company as long as the tech is good, otherwise?!?

Friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, and punctual. The rates are great too. I haven't noticed any pests since I started their service.

I never like to leave bad reviews, but be very cautious on trusting this service. I got an estimate at the end of June of last year and started my services in July. For two months the bate traps with poison were in the backyard with my dog and in the garage, I unfortunately had to leave for several months due to military service and when I come back home come to find out it is in their policy not to have that in the backyard with a pet. It seems strange to me that not everyone follows the company policy and I still have high activity for having this service for 8 months. Find somewhere else!

If you are a single female prepare yourself for an uncomfortable hard sell. They continually offered me services I specifically said I didn't want. Communication was poor and when I called to complain the owner said that he knew his employees and wouldn't even look into my claim and he was flip and condesending on the phone. Try Truly Nolan they are more professional.

I have been a customer of Arizona Pest Control for 3 years now, John LeDay has been my service tech for about half of that time. Their service is always amazing and I look forward to my discussions with John every time he is here. 10/10 would and do recommend them to anyone that needs prompt, friendly, responsible pest control service.

Excellent service. We've used them for 3 years. Had Anthony, he was awesome. Now have John, he's even better. It's a great company and the results have been phenomenal. Started with a slight pest problem, now hardly an issue (which is a lot to say in Midtown Tucson). Great money spent.

I recently used Arizona Pest Control to sanitize my office (they started this COVID spray service that made it so I can actually open my office safely) and had them spray my house and office for bugs.been seeing waaay too many scorpions lately! Long story short, they did an amazing job! They scheduled promptly, arrived on time, did a fantastic job for each service, and invoiced in a timely manner.

As a business owner, I value my time, so I need it done the first time punctually. They did it all perfectly! I can't fathom any reason why others have had issues. Maybe they don't mark their calendars? Maybe they're just cat ladies? I find that cat ladies are kind of a mess. My business has a no cat-lady policy. It's served us well. Anyway, these guys rock! Thank you!

I have been using Arizona Pest Control for years. They have helped me with termite treatment, routine spraying and even bees! I don't even bother calling around for quotes anymore. Skip the stress, and just call Arizona Pest Control if you have any issues.

UPDATE: Manager Josh calls and says my fault for not liking being "thrown on the schedule and having a bad day." DON'T USE THESE GUYS IF YOU WANT TO HAVE ANY SORT OF SAY SO IN SCHEDULING YOUR HOMES SERVICE. It'll be your fault/problem when they can't or wont- even after assurances to the opposite. Hundreds of dollars but I get no say in days and times for appointments? Unprofessional.

The company had trouble making and keeping appointments and messed up the billing. Would not recommend, first appointment seemed fine. I have four pets that must be removed along with the three adults, for 4 hours. Everything needs to be packed, put in bags and so on. Second visit- I get a call asking if I can let them come Two Hours Early. I have to move all the furniture away from the walls- My pets and adult sons must leave the house for Four hours during this pandemic when nothing is open.

After assurances following the second visit that my time would be respected- I get an email saying they will show up on Monday. Ummm I did not schedule for Monday- This company left me feeling frazzled and still having the issue I called them out for. The do not seem to respect their client or their time as evidenced by their lack of communication surrounding the appointments and inability to show up when they say they will. DO NOT RECOMMEND. I Still Have to call a different company.

Joseph cam out today and did our first pest control treatment. I would highly recommend them. He was courteous and very knowledgeable. They did an excellent job and there was not a single question I had that he could not answer. I love that they are a local owned small business and I really appreciate them taking the time to explain what they were doing and how the process works. They will definitely remain our pest control company for the duration. Thank you guys!

I used to have a 5-star review and changed very quickly to 1 star. I have had them since May 2016. Back in September, I found bugs alive and decided I didn't need their services. I called and told them I wouldn't need it right now. I always paid ahead of time (before the service), but they kept sending notices that I owed. I finally paid it because I didn't want to fight after a terse email from them.

But the way they treat long-term clients isn't great. They are good if you need a quick fix. But I wouldn't sign up for the long term contracts unless you want an accounting nightmare. Also, they have a nice feature where you get two free resprays per year in your contract. I only took advantage of that one time in the 3+ years I had them. You would think that with all the confusion, they would have just put it in the resprays. Oh well.

I'm very satisfied with this company. I've had several companies come out to my house and spray for scorpions. This is the only company that has kept them out of my house. I only have two concerns A) I seem to not have control over when my scheduled date/time is. I have yet to make an appointment, I've just thankfully been home each time. B) they have a warranty that states they'll come out if the bugs havent died when sprayed. However, it seems like it's an inconvenience for them.

And have had me wait for two weeks, even though the bugs should be dead if they've been sprayed. I have nothing but kind words to say about my technician. Hes super friendly, and always listens to my family and my concerns. Overall, I'll highly recommend this company and enjoy having them service our house.

AZ pest control serviced two of my properties and I was completely happy with the sales process, scheduling, and treatment. They were prompt, polite, and thorough. So why have I downgraded my review from 5 stars (which they nag you for, btw) to 2 stars? Because as soon as the 1-year anniversary came around where I had the opportunity to extend the first warranty, they began badgering me with fake invoices 100% disguised to look like I was obligated to renew (I'm not), nagging phone calls, emails, and automated phone calls, EVEN after I called and politely (the first time) explained I did not plan to purchase an extension.

Nothing says "We are a shady company" like mock invoices, and this company's inability to accept my simple "thanks, no thanks" turned them into worse pests than the ones I hired them to get rid of. Next time I'll look elsewhere.

We were having some work done on our roof and feared we might have a termite problem, so we called them to come out. The termite inspection came back negative (much to our relief), but it was high bug season so we asked them to go ahead and give us an estimate for interior and exterior pest control. We hired them to do the work and they came and did one very thorough spray to begin with and our tech, Anthony, even put some super duper ant killer down an anthole that we had not had any luck with Home Depot remedies in controlling the ant population. Cue the Pink Panther them, "Dead Ant, Dead Ant." Now he shows up every other month and his first question is always, "Any problem areas you want me to to focus on?" When he sprays the back yard he is always sure to move the bowls for dog food and water and let us know to keep the dogs inside until the spray has dried. He's always on time and quick to do his work, especially since we usually have him come first thing in the morning and he knows I have to go to work.

I appreciate him being respectful of our property, pets and time. Now we hardly ever see any creepy-crawlies and, if we do, they are usually belly up. The price doesn't "bug" me as much as it seems to others.
