Arrest-A-Pest Pest Control Inc - Arkansas City

I've used Arrest-A-Pest for about 5 years and have always been happy with their service. Brent, the service tech that comes to my house has always addressed any problems and concerns that I might have.

The technician that came out to treat my home was great! He was on time, professional, courteous, friendly, and was very thorough when spraying my home. We had Arrest A Pest come out to treat for fleas, ants, & cockroaches. Its been over 2 weeks and we are seeing ants & roaches even worse than before. I figured their treatments would last at least 30 days and would knock down the population to nothing within 2 weeks but it has not. We have had a roach infestation back in 2015 much worse than nows infestation and 1 treatment took them out with a different pest company in Wichita.

Same with the ant inssue as well. The fleas are gone but thats it. We tried contacting them to see if they would consider taking less money to come out and treat again since it has not been even 30 days yet but they declined and insisted we pay full re-treatment prices. So we will no longer be using their services.

We have been a customer of Arrest A Pest for several years. They have always given us very good service. The man that comes to spray is always friendly and very professional. We are very satisfied with the servie.

I had them out to check my attic for pests. A guy came out. I think he was really a bug man and not a pest man. But he went into my attic and checked it. Said he saw nothing. I asked him if he could find any entryways for pests to get in. He said no. He never did give me the free estimate I asked for. He showed me one small hole where pests, like mice, could get in.

I had that filled by my handyman. Today I had a dead squirrel in my attic. I had to pay someone $200 to get it out and clean up. One area was sealed where the squirrel got in. Don't waste your hard earned money on this outfit. They are flat out no good.

I thought I had termite activity and called the business. They came out, we're professional, answered my questions and gave me a quote. I decided to wait but called 2 weeks later when I confirmed termite activity. I spoke to the business, made an appointment but they were a no show, I called their voice mail and left a message then waited 2 days when the business didn't call me back. I recalled, left a message but no one ever called. I went to another business. Sorry guys, poor customer service.

Amazing staff and technicians. Stands by their product and guarantees to fix the issue no matter how often they need to come out and service. I will continue to use them over and over.

If I could give more stars than 5, I would. I had to hire a place from out-of-state, and Nathan made this seamless. He explained everything to my mother and made her feel at ease. The icing on the cake was when he was lifting furniture, he found her wedding rings she had lost! Thank you Nathan and everyone at Arrest a Pest!

Super expensive and did not clear the problem after coming out 4 times. Do not reccomend!

Eric did a fantastic job. He made the whole experience personable and did an amazing job of treating our house for the problem we had/have. He was friendly and kind. We bought a home in Pratt and opted to have Arrest A Pest handle the pest inspection. Trustworthy, presentable, and honest. Price was super competitive too. Highly recommended.

Came to my house and was very thorough of an inspection, moved appliances around. A previous company we had (but dumped) didn't do that. I was happy that it seemed they were actually trying to help control the problem besides just coming in and spraying everywhere. The only thing I didn't like is that the technician wasn't too friendly or talkative when I tried to chat with him but he did his job and was very informative when it came to advising me about what to expect the next couple weeks. He also sprayed in more cracks than the other company so I was happy about that. I think we may of found the company that is going to Help us get rid of our problem.

These guys are fantastic, I highly recommend them to anyone who has dealt with shady or unprofessional pest control in the past. Arrest a Pest is neither shady nor unprofessional. Their technicians are clean, highly trained, and total pros! Our technician Derek was knowledgeable in everything and was willing to explain to my 14 year old about the chemicals and treatment techniques and what to expect! What patience! If I could give them more stars I would, and we will never use another company ever again!

Tim, I'm sad to hear about your your unfortunate incident with a spider bite. I have been battling those darn brown recluse spiders for many years. Good news is, I have found a company that really can eradicate them. I had contacted a man who did a PHD study at KU regarding recluse spiders. He referred me to Arrest A Pest in Wichita whom he has trained on a special regime to kill recluse spiders.

My second Wichita house was really infested with them, but after a 10 month program they were really gone! This company has been protecting my homes now for over 8 years. No other exterminators could do the job because they were not through enough, not trained, and used the wrong equipment and wrong chemicals. And surprisingly enough, Arrest A Pest does not really have to resort to extreme toxic chemical bombs etc but instead uses more non toxic but spider killing compounds. Recover well. This was my first experience in treating our home. Cody Humphrey their tech was pleasant, courteous and explained how he would be treating our house and for what. Great follow up also. I received a reminder of my appointment but also want to note that I had received great customer service. Highly recommend this company. Their fees are reasonable and not over priced.

Great service! Always very timely and courteous. We live close to a field and had issues with mice and spiders but have not had any issues with either since starting with Arrest A Pest! I'd highly recommend them!

I have been very pleased with the service I have received from Arrest-a-pest. I've had a few issues in my suburban home with brown recluses specifically, but other small insects as well and through their annual program I have eliminated the problem. They are adamant about preventative treatment to your home and, form my experience working directly with the owner on calls, are extremely knowledgeable. Especially like the pet-safe/organic options they have for treating cracks, crevices, and attics for bugs. If you have a bug issue, have them do the free consultation.

I had to have a pest inspection for to renew our mortgage and Arrest-A-Pest was the cheapest which I didn't really care because I knew we didn't have pests. The guy came out and turned out to be a very thorough inspection. He was very friendly and even gave me advice on how to treat my ant problems in the summer without calling an exterminator. I would definitely use them again. The staff was very friendly when I called to find out prices, unlike another place that was recommended me who turned out to be very rude.
