Arrow has been to my house 4 times in the last month and there has been no change in the ants found in the house. 1 associate who came 3 times would be there for 4-6 minutes. Doubt that is very thorough service. After I called to complain and ask for a manager a different associate was sent out. He spent 30 minutes here and seemed to do a more thorough job. Things improved greatly for 1 week and now everything is back to pre-treatment conditions; ants are all back. Possibly the formulas they're using aren't correct for this particular situation. Very frustrating that they can't even fix an ant issue.

This is quite possibly the WORST company I have ever dealt with. They didn't show for the 1st termite tenting and didn't tell me until I was out of town and 3 hours away. House was packed up, AC off, pool pump off, key under mat, gas turned off etc. Then when they did show up the following week they tented the shrubs and killed them ($1,400 to replace them). I had to turn off the gas again, they lost my house key (had to replace them $165) plus stay in a hotel again and board my dog. THE WORST. Reporting them to the BBB

Having lived here in Florida for many years, most of my years, I can say that pest control is an absolute MUST HAVE service. No matter what you do, those critters come in from outside, and prevention is essential. Arrow does a great job of coming out regularly to provide barrier protection. We bought our house in December of 19 and it took months to eradicate all the little creepy crawlies, as the previous owners.not sure if they were on a DIY situation or what, but with a lake nearby, we had some extra residents that weren't welcome.

The thing I love best is, no matter what, if we call them, they come out, usually within a day or two. And they've treated our home for all the things. It took a few months, but with persistence, a critter sighting is rare and usually only after heavy rains (presumably the barrier gets washed away). I'm happy with the services Arrow provides and our experiences with them have always been positive.

Horrible. They were overcharging us since October 2018 for 11 months for a much smaller service area than before. Then we canceled services in the summer finally as they weren't addressing our concerns due to their fraudulent practices and they refused to admit that we canceled. Numerous phone calls and emails exist to prove this but they have " no records " of any customer service rep having spoken to us.

They also deny the fact that their rep ever scheduled and then canceled appointments to adjust our price. They sent us invoice after invoice for services we had canceled and threatened us over the phone and email that if we did not pay we would be sent to collections. This is a company with fraudulent practices and their service is sub par as well.

UPDATE: I'm going to leave my original review below to let folks know what they might expect, but I will say that the Tampa branch manager reached out and made efforts to smooth everything over. I really think that the main issue with this company has to do with the very poor staffing at their call center. Handling things in-house would be a very positive step for this company. Otherwise, their customer "service" people are going to keep costing them business.

Multiple missed appointments, terrible customer service. I don't know where they get their call center employees, but they are completely inept. Final straw today - I took time off work to have a tech come out to spray for fleas. He was supposed to be there between 9-11 and when he hadn't showed up by 11:15, I called. Spent 15 minutes on hold with the call center to be told that they mistakenly scheduled my appointment with a tech who doesn't even do flea treatment and wasn't working that day anyway!

Then they said they were forwarding my info to the actual office and I *should* hear from someone soon. Finally heard back around noon, keeping in mind that since I was not at work I was losing money on this service call on top of what I already pay. The tech, Ron, who called tried telling me that I probably just needed to vacuum the house and bathe my dogs, as if that's not the first thing I did.

And *if* I needed a flea spray, he could schedule another appointment for another day. Because that's just what this ordeal needs is me taking more time off work and waiting for a tech that will probably not show up since this has happened at least twice already. I explained that I needed to have the apartment sprayed *today* since that's what the (missed) appointment was for and I'd taken time off.

He proceeded to get very rude with me and then tell me that he *should* be able to get to me by later this afternoon. So I decided to cancel my account, which kicked off a new nightmare of multiple call center reps shuffling me around to other employees who couldn't actually do anything. Finally was able to cancel my service completely, but I'm not confident that they won't screw that up too.

Now going on 3 months and still no contact from MGT. On the bright side, my lawn is as green as the ones they are treating on my block.

I have had these people for 3 years. My lawn was in great shape when they started. I asked the sales guys what they did and he told me, they will walk the lawn every time and look to see whats going on with it, ,,a nd they will leave me a card telling me what they did and what I need to do. they pull up grab the hose spray and run one time it took the guy 1 minute and 45 seconds do my yard I watched him on my cameras.

I had a fungus all summer. I would call and tell them and the tech would call me. He would say I need to give it more time, , so I have to go buy the stuff and do it, ,,, why would I need them, , every time they came it was a different person. I had 1 guy that was good a field supervisor named Bobby he was great knew his stuff and my lawn looked good.

I had a termite problem and decided to use them and I told the company that the only reason I used them was because of Bobby. Next month Bobby was gone, ,, the general manager of the branch was an A-- and Bobby quit after a few months they fired him. They had 2 guys with experience and 1 did not what to be there they force him to stay which I don't want to get into.

I had to put down a hard fertilizer in nov. I think they should have done it the month before. They use only liquid so the lawn will not develop a good deep root system. Stay away very unhappy with their service, , I got them because someone by me used them and their lawn looked good. I know about 5 people that tried them and quit. I was always able to take care of my lawn better than them or any company that I have tried most of the people that work in that industry are new and don't stay because it's to hard of a job for most, so if you have a problem they have to call someone that knows whats going on maybe.

I would stay away, ,, It's very hard to find people that do their job well and bobby was the only one at that company that seemed to care about doing a good job. Look at the pictures and you tell me every month for almost 3 years. Very sad company and nobody calls you back!.

UPDATE: I updated my review from 1 star to 3 stars because Arrow did respond to my original review. The branch manager John contacted me to apologize and sent me a full refund. Although this doesn't change my unfortunate experience with the company, I appreciate that they responded and made it right. This is my first review. I'm usually pretty easy-going about less than amazing service, but I have had such a horrible experience with Arrow that I felt the need to let others know so they can avoid it.

Short version: They took my money, did a shoddy job, left me with rats still in my home, and I never heard from them again. I bought a home in July, and quickly noticed I had a rodent issue. I was hearing it/them in the attic/walls and in the kitchen, and waking up each morning to find items destroyed and chewed up. NOT FUN. I called Arrow for a quote for a rodent exclusion and they suggested I also get the pest service to have traps set up and spraying for other bugs, etc.

They were able to send a tech out that same day, which really impressed me. The tech, Ron, went through the whole house to see where he should set out traps. Also, I made sure to point out that my attic is very difficult to access, since it is above stairs. Ron set out some rat traps with bait and said he would be back to check the traps in a few days.

Great first impression, but then things really went downhill. The evaluator came out the next day to evaluate the property for the exclusion and work up a quote. He did not come inside the house at all, but I thought maybe he had the information from Ron about the attic access, etc. I got another quote from another local pest control company, and that evaluator did a thorough look around both the inside and outside of the house.

But Arrow was half as much (should have been a red flag I guess), and they had a 12 month guarantee on their exclusion that they will come get rid of any more rodents if you still have them, so I decided to move forward with them and scheduled the exclusion for Tuesday morning between 9-11. Tuesday morning came and no one and no call from Arrow. The tech, Mike, arrived at 12:00.

He had no information from the previous two people who had been to the property. He had no idea about the attic access situation, and he said he had no idea that the job was so big. THREE DAYS later Mike was finally done with the exclusion. He explained that there was one spot that he was unable to seal off and that I would have to figure out a way to seal it off myself. (I later found a locally-owned pest company who was easily able to seal off the area.) Then he set out a few more traps inside the house and left.

I never heard from Mike again. After a few days passed and I had not heard from Arrow, I called the office and was told that they would get someone to come back to check the traps, and/or transferred me to the branch manager to leave a message. Repeat several times over the next month. Still haven't heard anything from Mike or the branch manager, Martin. Meanwhile, I was still hearing the rat loud and clear in the walls/attic at night and continuing to find things that it had destroyed.

I walked around the house and I could easily see at least 5 different places that a rodent could easily access the house -- NOT counting the spot Mike had told me that I was responsible for. I cancelled the recurring pest service since no one had come to check the traps and asked for a refund for the exclusion, due to the fact that I STILL had a rodent in my house and they guarantee the exclusion.

I was told that because of the spot that Mike had told me I was responsible to seal off myself, the guarantee does not apply and I would not get a refund. Since then, I found a locally owned pest company who: 1) professionally sealed off the area that I was told I was responsible for 2) sealed off the other areas that Arrow had left open/completed the rodent exclusion 3) completed the exclusion job in 3-4 HOURS 4) sent a tech who systematically tracked down the rat and who came to check the traps literally EVERY 1 TO 2 DAYS until the rat was caught

Had Arrow for over a year, grass looked great for 3 months down hill from there. My neighbors on each side of me have arrow also and noticed their grass is also looking shabby. Signed a contract for monthly service, they come out whenever they want every 6 weeks, 7. I have to continually call to ask where they are at. Can't get a supervisor to call you back in a timely manner. Was given 3 different days in one week with a time.no show as usual. We cancelled our service, no supervisor contact to see what the problem is. Clearly they don't care.

My technician is fabulous! The company. Could use some organizational improvement. It's taken me at least a month now to communicate that I want to go from monthly to bimonthly service in order to reduce the amount of pesticide used in and around my home. I've spent at least an hour on the phone and it still isn't remedied. I will update my review as soon as they have figured out how to accommodate my request!
