Arrow Pest Control

We've been using Arrow Pest for almost 3 years! Grady is wonderful and prompt. He is so friendly and kind and lets my kids follow and ask a lot of questions. He does a fantastic job spraying the house and is never rushing, he gets every nook and cranny and takes care of any problem area you're having. Customer service goes along way and Grady and his entire team excel at it. We're very pleased with them and appreciate them keeping us pest free.

The owner services our home, which I think is great! He was so friendly, answered all my questions about the area, as I am new to it, and we haven't seen any issues since he left!

Called to fix our squirrel problem. They said they didn't do squirrels, but still wanted to come out to see if they could help. When they got here he asked if I heard noises in the day or night. Squirrels made noises in the daytime and roof rats made noises at night. I told him I only heard them in the day and that we had squirrels in our attic.

He told me he thought it was rats and treated us for rats. Nothing has changed at our house and we still have squirrels in our attic. Do not use these people if you have squirrels. They will tell you it's something else to make money. I'm very disappointed that they wouldn't listen to our needs and continued to come out and charge us for nothing.

We had a really great experience with Arrow Pest control. They are family owned so it's nice to talk to the same people. They came out on time and treated for termites. I had a lot of questions but Grady was very knowledgable and helped put me at ease! Now two years later, the termites are still gone! Would definitely recommend to family and friends.
