My name is Mike Bernskoetter. My wife, Jeannette, and I have owned and operated Art's Pest Control since 1986. We have lived here all our lives and were married in 1980. Jeannette and I have 4 children and 8 grandchildren. I am a licensed pest control operator. I have been on the Missouri Pest Management Association Board of Directors since 1996, and am past President of the Association.

Brian Rice always does an outstanding job. Today when he came to the door I told him of our ant problem inside. He immediately asked if he could come in and see where they were coming in. He put down some ant killer and by later that evening they were munching it up and taking it back to the queen! This morning there were just a few dead ones, but no live ones.
I can't thank Brian and your company enough for keeping our home pest free. I don't exactly remember how many years we have been using your company but I tell everyone if you want great pest control service Art's is the way to go!

They always do a great job, are very courteous, and answer any questions I have. They also are much more reasonably priced than any other pest inspection company I previously contacted in or around Jefferson City. They provide very good value for what you pay. Services: Bug & insect extermination, Spider extermination, General pest inspection, Flea & mite extermination, Hornet & wasp extermination

Great company and I really enjoy using them for my property. They always come with a smile and if I'm out they will have a little chat with me and then go on their way. I also have white floors and they always take their shoes off even though I tell them they don't have to. I always tell people about them because they are great people to work with.

Art's Pest Control always does a great job with any request I need at my rental units. I have one rental house that has the sentricon system, so I don't have to worry about termites. They make it very convenient for me especially if I have a vacant unit that needs treated. I just drop the key off the day before, they take care of the treatment the next day and leave the key at the unit when they are done or they can bring it back to the office to be picked up, then they send me a bill. It's great not having to take time out of my busy day to drive into Jeff City to unlock the door, and have to wait for them to spray.

Scheduling is always super easy with Art's Pest Control! Art's actually came to my place of work, and Brian, the gentleman who did the spraying at our office was so nice and informative about the problems I was seeing in my home, and even came out to my home the first time to spray. I have no doubts that Kyle (who did my home today) did just as great a job!

Always professional, always courteous, fairly priced and they make the same guarantee as the competition but instead of five pesticide applecations per year, they do it with four. Saves on cost and I like having less chemical sprayed around areas where my grandkids roam. If we ever have a pest problem, they take care of it with no questions asked. For the past several years I have used them on business, rental, personal residence and river cabins. I recommend them to anyone.

We have been using Art's Pest control for a number of years at both our home and church. Not only is the pest control service excellent, the customer service is superior. Before each visit we receive a phone call to make sure the date of the service does not conflict with our schedule, and they have always been there on the scheduled date and time frame given. Art's also show their appreciation to us their customers by leaving a yearly Christmas gift. We are thankful for their excellent service.
