I had a "One" year contract for service. 3 months after contract ended, they were still sending me bills even though contract was up. I found out after they sent my account to a collection agency that they had continued to enter my property and charging me for service even though contract was up. The very rude person in accounting stated that it was my responsibility to cancel beyond my contract.

Bill's did a home inspection for me almost a year ago and gave me a free one year service contract if I saw termites. Had to sell the home and got another inspection 10 months later and they found a little bit of termite activity away from the house on some posts. I was not looking forward to calling Bill's because I assumed I wouldn't be "covered" or there would be nickel and dime charges. NOPE! they came out 4 days after I called and treated everything quickly and with a smile, at no charge. Super impressed with them backing up their promises with action.

We are new home owners and new to the Green Valley area. We come from an environment where insect control was not a routine necessity. So, we were concerned when we started seeing bugs inside the house. We have heard so many things about the dangerous nature of the insects, spiders and snakes, so we didn't want to take any risks with a dog in the house.

And humans! So, we got on line looked for a highly rated provider, found Bill's Home Service, scheduled service and Mark showed up and put us at ease immediately. He explained everything he was going to do, and why. He made it seem easy, it was affordable, and we are very happy with the results! We would recommend this company and their staff and their services to anybody!

The technician was polite, courteous, and friendly. He inspected the exterior and interior of our home and verbally reported the findings to us, as well as emailed a written report later. I had been in the pest elimination industry for 15 years, and upon discussing this with the technician, I discovered that he has been in the industry for 25 years.

It is comforting to know that a well-experienced technician was performing our inspection as I felt that I could trust his knowledge and experience to have done the inspection to the best of his abilities.

They did our home inspection prior to buying. We moved in to find a 5ft window and an 8ft sliding door fogged.seals bad. Then we had someone on our roof doing some work and they pointed out to us the caulking was bad around the skylight and sure enough water had leaked onto the sheetrock which was not visible to us as it was high. Failed and separated caulking should be quite obvious.along with blown windows.

The service was fine and the two men who were out polite and professional. In short after hearing some chewing/scampering in my ceiling and walls I called Bill's. Was clearly informed of my options and the cost. I elected to have them come for three visits, first to inspect and set traps, second to see if the traps caught anything, and the third to once again see if the traps caught anything. Stated cost which needed to be paid up front was $275. Herein is my issue: First visit 30 minutes at most doing a very brief inspection and setting two traps plus answering questions I had.

Second visit about 15 minutes again with some of that spent answering questions after the gentleman tossed the three dead rodents down the hill in my backyard (He did ask if that was OK and I said yes) and resetting the traps and pointing out another larger entry point not found on the first visit. Third visit, again about 15 minutes and Mark was great about answering questions and informing me how to do this myself as I had decided to.

I understand this is a set fee for that particular three visit service and perhaps mine was an easier faster job than most and if that's the case this one price fits all is something to keep in mind when considering them. Pencil this out and it was about $200. an hour for the three-trip service including their travel time. I got very good information and advice and was fully informed up front what the cost would be, so it's not that I was ripped off; just saying an hourly rate exceeding $200. an hour for my purchased three trip service seems high to me. In closing it's five stars for the servicemen, Mark especially, and one star regarding the price.

Danny, the service technician with Bills Home Service, is a pro. He has been in this business for many years and is very thorough and takes all the time needed to answer any questions and make suggestions for things we can do to avoid a termite infection. Bill's home service company is the absolute best! I have written very few reviews in my life but his services warrant my time. I had a wasp problem at a business that I own. I went through the "searches online" and selected Bill's. I called in the afternoon and the phone was answered immediately. The partner on the phone was wonderful, she said they would get someone over to our location as soon as they were free.

Within a few hours they had dispatched someone to our location, they found a wasp nest with thousands of wasps, they took care of it immediately and at a reasonable cost. I do not hesitate to recommend them and will call them again for any future pest issue. Thank you!

We are preparing to put our house on the market and wanted to get a termite inspection. We used Yelp's quote feature and Bill's Home Service contacted us right away. After talking with them on the phone I was able to get an appointment that week, which was really convenient. I am happy to say that there is no evidence of termites and the service we decided was fantastic, at a good rate.

I saw an in ground wasp nest (2 visible entry points) and knew I didn't want to mess with them! When I called Bill's Home Service they quoted me $59 and were able to get a technician out within the hour! He sprayed and knocked down the hill with the nests and sprayed a few other places on the patio wall. Looks like the wasps are gone; was advised that if they come back in the same spot - call and they'll be back out, no charge.

We have learned the truth about termites - and the quick drill holes in the walls and put in termite poison only lasts so long. The little monsters just move a little bit and continue chowing down. I did my research and learned about the Sentricon system. Our pest control company came out and quoted us on this system which is fantastic as it draws the termites away from the house and - just look it up. Anyway, the price was not cheap. Wanting to use that system i looked them up online and found other companies that install Sentricon locally. Bill's was at the top of the list and the cost was completely reasonable compared to what our prior pest service charged us. Additionally we get a complete pest service every other month (rather than every third month) for the same price annually as our previous pest company due to a discount they give when you purchase the Sentricon system.

The service was within days to install the system which we need as the house was about to be painted, we add the System as a benefit for resale later if we decide to move and everyone at Bill's has been a total pleasure to work with.

Had a home I was purchasing inspected by Don Henson of this company a couple of months ago. I was busy with the realtor and regret it sorely now. I should have stayed with the inspector the whole time. He was pleasant enough, but he missed a huge number of items that have proven very costly for me. He noted two very small areas of dry rot on the exterior of the house, but missed entirely the bulk of it.

There was a huge amount of dry rot on the rear siding he missed and the entire front fascia is completely dry rotted, not just the small corner he noted. One of the ceiling fans has ruined bearings and is shot and an entire wall in the master bedroom had a huge crack under the window sill that required repairing and painting the entire wall. He missed several electrical problems with the house and many more small items. An area that was difficult to access between the townhomes I actually pointed out to him as appearing very worn, but he ignored this area completely.

When I finally accessed the area, I found that actually a huge amount of the siding was completely missing and was just open to the elements entirely. Do not hire this company for a home inspection prior to a purchase. I have owned eight homes in my life and this was, by far, the worst inspection ever.

Called Bill's Home Service on Monday for a scorpion/spider problem. They were able to come out that Thursday. Manny came out to the house to spray. He was very friendly and professional and answered all my questions. Sprayed inside and outside the house and was done very quick. I will update the review with results later but so far a very positive experience. Would recommend!

I love this company! Service is excellent - prices are fair. They show up on time and do the job right. I've even made billing mistakes (MY bad) and they call me to make sure I get my money back. I cant find ANYTHING to complain about!

My wife contacted Bill's Home Service today to come eradicate a fly problem in the house. They told her that they couldn't do anything. Obviously she was upset, and I only wish I was not in Missouri when they came to our home! This is very poor customer service to say the least. They told her that the fly problem was that they were probably coming through the can lights - we have NO CAN LIGHTS. All we wanted was the flys eradicated. Oh well, on to a company that cares to listen and serve customers. Never again will I use them.

If you want your sale to go south, this is the team. I had my home inspected by them and it almost cost us the deal. Because the inspector didn't understand construction, he stated they should get a licensed engineer and redesign the roof supports. We had no choice to hire one, and that company said everything was fine. Yes, part of a truss was altered.

Yes the framing was inspected and yes it passed. The modification they made was common practice. Every time the inspector encountered something he didn't understand, he said get an expert. I thought he WAS the expert.

People write knee jerk negative reviews and don't bother or update or delete, imagine if this was tour business. I know Bill's HS will make it right, explain or even refund but they will be hesitant to return to sour customer. It's not fast food. Rooting out pests is not cookie cutter. Home inspection, you need to communicate with inspectors. Bill's inspected two homes I bought when I could not be in town.

I could tell from picture of HVAC. for example it was not long for this world. I knew seller was not being truthful. The home is still a positive cash flow rental. We have to work with vendors.

We purchased our home 13 years ago and Bill's was recommended to us at that time. We have NEVER had any issues with them. We LOVE this company. They are super friendly, helpful and honest but mostly they are just plain GOOD at what they do. We call them our "bug guys". In addition to regular maintenance, they also do termite inspections and treatment.

Their prices are good and we have always had excellent response when we have called them for immediate assistance. They truly are a great company who serves this community well.

Please do not waste your money on this company, they are AWFUL! Their technician who performed the annual termite inspection stated everything was fine, no sign of termite activity. Less than TWO DAYS LATER, a home inspection was done which revealed a serious termite problem in various locations around the house. How is this possible? Many residents of Green Valley are snowbirds and do not live in their homes year round.

We rely on the integrity and competence of our service providers to maintain the home, not COMPLETELY OVERLOOK what they are paid to prevent. When I contacted Bill's Home Service to complain, I was essentially told that I should be grateful to have a termite contract in place due to the cost and I was never given an explanation as to how or why this could have happened.

What is the point of having an inspection if it is not done properly? In addition, once Bill's was notified of the issue, they took their time in sending someone to come out and treat the problem rather than attending to it promptly. They act as if they are doing you a favor by responding, the complete LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE is overwhelming. I strongly urge any potential customers to CALL ANOTHER COMPANY and save yourself time, money, aggravation, and possible damage to your home.

Please don't ever use these people if you have a mouse problem. $200. To place some traps out. They caught 1 mouse. That is all they literally do. Then the came back and took the traps back. 5 $2.00 traps. So you get basically nothing for your money. Plus we still have the mouse problem.
