They just show up once after annual payment is made and do not come for service for the whole year unless you call them. Will not renew again.

From the time that I called to the moment Jason came by for inspection he was full of knowledge which I appreciated due to my ignorance in pest. Their customer service was professional and on time. I have used Bio-Tech Pest Control for several years and wouldn't use anyone else! I just had my annual inspection and treatment by Christopher P. and wanted to express my thanks for his thoroughness and professionalism. Bio-Tech sprays annually but will come out at anytime during the year if I have problems. The products they use are safe and do not stink. And they really know their stuff, were very helpful to me when I had a scorpion problem! They have not let me down and I recommend their service 100%.

From scheduling my service to the technician at my home I am extremely satisfied. Everyone I dealt with was extremely courteous and polite. I will definitely stick to Bio-Tech for any future service.

They are a awesome company to work for. I was working there and then Hurricane Harvey happened and messed a lot of things up for me. These guys are the best! They are here on time every time I need them, so friendly and nice. They get the job done and answer any questions I have. They take their time to figure out what needs to be done to remove whatever problems I've had. Highly recommend!

Everyone in the woodlands uses them and for good reason. They are the best in town! Being newer to TX and all the big bugs here one visit from biopest and bye bye roaches! This after I tried to self treat with all the off the shelf stuff.fyi.the bugs out here know how to defeat the off the shelf stuff.you need a professional. Termites in my Sentricon stations after nearly a of being installed. Both workers and soldiers are active inside and the company won't do a treatment or even offer a partial refund for a faulty product. Would not recommend. Get a trench and rod treatment instead of these money pits. Edit: you can see a soldier in one picture but in my other picture you can see a worker termite inside the hole in the bait.

It might be hard to see the worker termite but that's only because they've been there long enough to dig pretty deep into the "bait" which shows just how ineffective it is. Also I'm sure the white house and other monuments have groundskeepers that are constantly checking for termites and other issues on a daily basis and don't rely solely on Sentricon stations.

Great service! We are new to texas and had technicians come on a few different days for all sorts of pest control. Every technician has been so nice. So happy with our service

We have used BioTech for over 6 years. We have no problems with insects inside or out. They spray 12ft out from the foundation into the yard. This is a plus for flower bed pest control.

Have used this service for a few years now and very highly recommend. The service technicians have been very professional and also very polite and caring. I very much appreciate that they offer a customer loyalty discount for renewing the annual service contract. And they also offer as-needed re-sprays if you find insect activity.

I have tried so many pest companies and have been disappointed. A friend recommended them, I was skeptical but had nothing to lose. OMG.we have not seen a spider in our house for nearly 1 year. It's an annual treatment that works! I would highly recommend them.

Talk to one of the women managers before booking their service. When the tech got to my house, he was confused on what the manager said they could and would do. I felt that the manager was misleading and therefore award this one start.

I absolutely can not say enough good things about this company! Polite, courteous, professional, and on time. Ok, all of that is good but it gets Wayyyy better! What's Fantastic about this company is their product works! Every year (7 to be exact) I have a seasonal infestation of what seems like millions of tree worms pouring into my home. I thought about moving since so many pesticide companies had treated my home over the years and the worms kept coming!

One visit from Bio-Tech and I haven't seen one worm! Did you hear me? Not one worm people! My only complaint is I can't give them 50 stars! They deserve it! I Love YOU Bio-Tech!:-)

Very happy with our choice to hire Bio-Tech for our pest control. They treated our yard for mosquitos, spiders and other creepy crawlers and we've seen a significant reduction in pests.like none! Really thankful to not have mosquitos anymore and to be able to use our backyard without getting eaten up. Communication and payment were very easy, will use them again in the future!

Jason has been tremendous and very friendly. He made sure he re-treated all the areas that are affected. We showed him pictures of the different insects and bugs that we saw inside our house. Great work!

I signed up last year for pest control of my house and paid for the service annualy and as normal I was skeptical about paying for a year. I am glad I did and that I chose bio tech. I am overly pleased with the service and how friendly and professional everyone I have been in contact with has been. I live in the country and after all the rain we have had this year the bugs thought they should live in the house.

One call and a tech was here treating and getting rid of the pests. I would recommend this company to everyone that has their home treated, either for a problem with pests or as prevention.

These guys are amazing from the person on the phone with scheduling to the technician at our house. I will definitely be using them moving forward! We had a few bugs show up after the first treatment so I called and they were out the next day and we haven't seen anything since!

I could not be happier with the service that Bio-Tech provided. They showed up on time, called ahead to say they were on the way and explained what they were doing. Lee came out to inspect our attic after we saw a suspicious indent in our insulation (did something lay down? IS IT BUILDING A NEST?!) He saw some small tracking, but also saw a lot of.lizard poop! Not rat/mouse poo. He was thorough in inspecting the perimeter of our home and possible entry points of furry critters. Very personable guy, gave us a 30-min heads up before he arrived. Would definitely use this company again if we ever suspect pests of any sort in/around the home.

This is a long overdue review, I have loved the BioTech team and service since the first time I used them in 2017. Since then, I have used them on three separate occasions, including one future planned project. These guys are the best based on four separate metrics: honesty, service, timeliness, and price. 1) Honesty: Jason and his team are straightforward and no-frills.

You will not have to deal with 'surprise endings'. A consultant will go over, listen to your project, and provide comprehensive review of their assessment--patiently explaining each step and associated costs. Their employees are well vetted and are as competent as they are professional. They also photo-document their progress and summarize their work before they leave. 2) Service: BioTech offers a variety of services and will customize each project to cater to your specific needs.

No other company that I spoke/worked with provided the depth of analysis that BioTech did. They have done everything from rats, exclusion, flies, roaches, ants, and more. 3) Timeliness -- when I take a day off to honor a scheduled service appointment, I expect the same in kind. I will not work with a company that assumes I'll be okay with a last minute reschedule.

I certainly understand that some projects take longer than others. Unexpected things happen. So far this has not happened with BioTech, at all. They've been absolutely UPSTANDING in this regard! 4) Price: I read another review where price was a concern, and honestly I have no idea what other companies she researched. Based on reliability and completeness of service, BioTech had other companies beat by a long shot. BioTech offered best price, best guarantee, best timeframe, and most completeness of options BAR NONE.
