Brock Lawn And Pest Control

Brock treats our house quarterly for bugs. We called them for an additional visit between scheduled treatments. They came the same day and didn't charge us extra! We are very pleased with their work! Highly recommend. Service: Bug & insect extermination

Their technician came out 10 days ago to service my lawn. Since I noticed some weeds were not wilting, I contacted them by email (since phoning doesn't work). I was told that the manager, Jacob, would call me before coming out. He said he came out, but did not call first - so he said no one was home. He said he saw the weeds but refused to send his technician back out to finish the job.

He said the technician would get them on his next trip out. I told him I would take care of my lawn from now on. This wasn't the first time I've had trouble with Brock technicians taking proper care of my lawn. But it was definitively the last time.

We used this company for 2 years for lawn pest control. Over all it wasn't horrible, but I did have a lot of weeds last year. When I called to complain, I was told that they had a big problem due to upper management wanting to dilute the solution they used for the weeds. This caused a major problem with many customers. This year, I have more weeds than grass.

I was in the yard pulling weeds when a neighbor came by. Both of my neighbors use Brock. I was told that I may have a problem because the neighbor didn't see the guy spray the other neighbors yard one day, just drop the bill at the door. The neighbor suggested maybe they didn't even spray my yard due to the amount of weeds. I put in a call to Brock and was told someone would be contacting me to come out.

A week goes by and I call and spoke to Heather in the PCB office. I explained to her my problem, how I put a question in the website a year earlier and never got a response. How I have never had a 24 hour in advance call when they were coming to spray. The problems with my yard and I want to get someone out there to spray. I never heard from anyone 4 days later, so I called the support line to get support.

I had to leave a message and I informed them I may have to close the account since it isn't doing any good and I can't get a response to my problem. 4 days later, still have not had a returned phone call about my issue. I guess business is good right now and my small measly account isn't that important to this company. I do not recommend this company.

Got on board with Brocks last April. The process was easy and the contact person was flexible with the first appointment. I'm usually not home when treatments are applied but last month I met the service tech Jesse Carleton. He was polite and professional and who I thought was a good representative for Brocks.

Fantastic customer service. I made a request for the side yards to receive extra attention and the attention was given. The technician even provided a time lapse video of the service provided. In addition to providing us with confidence of a job well done, the video provided entertainment for the whole family. Maybe add some music and post it to the YouTube. Great job! At the request of the technician I have kept his name out of the review; but it's Jesse Carleton!

Got a wood damage organism inspection. Responsive and on time. However - they need to be more clear on the process of issuing the WDO report. I thought that the summary report and invoice was the report but it was not. The WDO takes a few days to issue - the technician needs to make this clear to the buyer. Service: Termite inspection

The initial inspector was very good. But I did not see the service performed. Would appreciate a call when they are here, so I know the work was actually done. Services: Weed control, General pest inspection

Brock Pest control was very willing to work with me getting rid of a flea problem. Jesse Brock is amazing. He comes early which I like and he is very conscientious about his job. I prefer to keep him and the early hours I feel he was very helpful in eliminating the flea problem. Give him 5 stars and a raise.

I have had Brock Lawn and Pest Control since 2009. I have all their services; indoor pest, termite, and lawn. I highly recommend them. Our lawn service technician, Trent is fantastic. Very attentive to my lawn issues. I highly recommend him and Brock's service!

Kirt is always great about coming back out if I call. He is ver nice and personable.

They do a awesome job. Shawn that works for Brocks is man. He gets the job done.

I called this company multiple times, no one answers the phone. They say you can leave a message or email them. I did both. When someone finally returned my call she wasn't even able to schedule an appointment for me. If it is this hard to communicate w/ them I can't image they would have good service.

It's been a horrible experience since March not only professionally but their product, expensive product obviously does not work in my home. They have been here several times for both roaches and the guarantee. of no ants in my backyard. We still have ants and we still have roaches. So what did I pay $500 for? Also I got a little bit of the runaround after the district manager came to my house two explore the problem.

Since I keep seeing ants and stepping in them by accident of course and roaches in my kitchen I decided to ask for a refund. I believe that's where the runaround began! I had to find out myself that they were not giving me a refund. I want to move on at this point I've been extremely patient but I still have bugs and ants. I'm a stay at home mom since Covid and $500 was no chump change for us. It's upsetting to have a company that is highly recommended not rectify this issue with me. Very disappointed and I would not refer them to anyone after this experience.

Brock has sprayed my lawn for a couple years now. My lawn was dirt, weeds and a bit of grass. I now have a beautiful lawn pretty much free of weeds and full of grass. I'd highly recommend them to anyone in their service area. I had a quote of $4,900 to re-sod my lawn. They fixed my lawn in about 8 months at a rate of $46 per month. I've had them do it ever since. Wonderful people.

Lynn Haven's service supervisor Jacob Yon stopped by my house and thoroughly explained to me what needed to be done to my post Michael yard to help bring it back. Very knowledgeable and helpful. I signed-up for their annual contract. I had a slight problem with my billing, and Jacob immediately bridged that with Lisa Pierce. Well done Brock Lawn & Pest Control!

I've been very happy with Brock. We use them for our quarterly bug treatments as well as termite control/bonding. We have had the same service technician, Thomas, since day one, so it's nice to see a familiar face. Thomas is very good about scheduling around you and always shows up at the time he told you. He inquires about what we have been seeing (if anything) and treats accordingly. Highly recommend!

We are extremely pleased with Brock Pest Control and strongly recommend their services. They have always been quick to respond, reasonably priced, and stand by their promises. Their people are always professional and courteous, we love working with a local family owned business. They are good folks!

Brock has been MIA since Hurricane Michael. We have been trying to get them to spray the lawn AND the paver walkway which becomes full of weeds quickly. They say they will but do not show up and the two times they have been here the treatment they applied seems to do little more than feed the weeds. Very sad and now looking for a new company.

We have 5 homes that we signed up for service 4 months ago. We've continued to have pest issues at all homes and get the same lame excuses from the tech. He even made us sign up for a "commercial service" to charge us more money. More than frustrated that it seems they've been spraying water and not chemicals to stop any pests from our homes.

If it was one type of pest it would be one thing, but it is several and all homes have been completely remodeled with zero entry points. Their contracts state they service for both ants and roaches, yet our tech likes to tell us the roaches enter because our guests leave the doors open and they do not (nor do any other services) guarantee against them (lies). However, when I incurred these issues in my own home, knowing we don't leave anything open, I requested he come back and service.

That was last week and since I've spotted at least a dozen roaches and seem to have Florida's entire ant population moved in. We previously had Terminex and never had any issues, so we've went back to them. Save your money and frustration and don't use Brocks.

Worst fucking company I've ever heard of. Wish I could give negative stars. Customer service ignores their clients and they do not honor their contracts and agreements for services. Bad company

I have to re-sod my lawn because of the treatment or lack there of from Brock Pest Control. The general manager and VP argued with me while standing in my dead grass. The rudest management I have ever dealt with, very confrontational! Do not use them!
