They always let me know when they were coming, always professional. If I ever seen a bug in house they came immediately and resprayed. One happened once in three years. Always polite, punctual and professional. Wouldn't have any other bug company! I also love the fact I have the same person every time come out. Been using Bug Busters for many years. Increasingly disappointed. I called and specifically requested an indoor service. It was confirmed for between 1 pm and 3 pm yesterday. We went to breakfast with out of town company and made sure to be back in time for our scheduled appointment and later assumed they were a no show. This morning I opened my phone to call and reschedule and saw the service email that they did indeed come at 10:46 am.

In and out in 15 minutes, outdoor service only, $93 : Immediately after my previous review I was contacted by Bug Busters and a branch manager came to my house within hours for a retreat. That is how business should be handled! Very happy!

Chandler is always on time. Very polite and professional. Always asks what problems, if any, I am having with bugs. tells me what process he is doing that day and always, always tells me to call if I am having any problems with bugs between services. He also performs my yearly termite inspection.

I used this company to treat my duplex due to wasps nest, they did an awesome job treating both units, since the treatment we have not seen any new wasps in the units or garage. Do not use these people! They are unprofessional and rude on the phone. They mislead you from the beginning and take advantage of any vulnerability for money. And their billing department is very incompetent and I am pretty sure fairly unsecure as well! They do have some good actual exterminators who come out and do the real work, but unfortunately they do not run things.

I have been with Bug Buster for almost 20 years now. They maintain my termite inspection system. They come out anytime I call for any other pest control issues. Occasionally I will get mixed information which can be frustrating. Other than that I am happy with their service and recommend them. McKenzie came out today to do an initial inspection and treatment on our new home we recently purchased. He did a thorough job and was very pleasant and helpful. We appreciate Bug Busters servicing us for so many years now. Service: General pest inspection

This company had installed rodent barrier at my residence so when I had uninvited guests in my attic, squirrels, I had them come in and install drip edge around the perimeter of the building, a sealed off basement vents (my choice versus metal grating) and set a cage where my little guests were entering. The cage was one way out the attic, no way back out of the cage.

To my knowledge the cage was empty because my guests were out and about. It was not during breeding season otherwise I would not have had it done yet. If you're contemplating the job make sure it's not breeding season otherwise you'll be killing what babies are left in the Attic while the parents are away during the day. I've not had any reports of any attic activity so the squatters are gone.

The company arrived on time, on the day we arranged and followed up, as discussed, to retrieve the cage. All went well. I would hire them again. Though I gladly offer this review, au gratis, it'd be wonderful if you'd give them my name is my review influences you to use them. Id think it'd result in a referral fee, but I don't know. (I support & advocate for Win/win/win scenarios; believing expressing gratitude for one another makes for a happier world).

Our Technician, Mike Jeffes, is great. We appreciate the way that he checks in with us before he schedules an appointment even tho Scott Exterminating has gone out of business. Bug Busters is less Customer-oriented and they prefer to send us recorded voice mails announcing when they are coming instead of asking us when it's convenient. Mike is trying to balance the two but customers like us prefer the old way of doing business so it's tough for us to make the transition.

John Michael has been keeping me mosquito free for two seasons. He is reliable, courteous, and professional. Best of all, no mosquitos and I can enjoy my yard year round.

Bug Busters is fantastic! They are on time, call before an appointment, are friendly and very helpful! They were able to get rid of our mosquitos & rats and prevent termites at our new house! I highly recommend Bug Busters for all of your pest needs! They are extremely reliable and priced right too!

If could give this place half a start I would. Not once have they ever kept an appointment time. NEVER! We get a window. plan on being here. and always a NO SHOW. The funny part is that I can throw a stone and hit the office from my front yard. I dont get it. Never show up and we waste a WHOLE day off from work waiting on them. we dont even get a call.

Appointment window: 3pm - 5pm. We call at 4:50 PM. Lady: "oh I am trying to call him and get no answer, so you want to cancel?" NO we want him to come and get a confirmation that he is coming. six addresses they service of ours and NOT once do they get it right!

They keep billing $75 for some new trap system they have never installed.

I called them out because I had ants. When they left, the ants were way worse. Also, they use exterminating products that you can get at Wal-Mart. They are very difficult to cancel contracts. Be very careful.
