We have been dealing with a German roach infestation for 3 weeks now. We have talked to bug express to help and they haven't done anything to alleviate this urgent situation. Due to how long they are taking this situation has gotten worse. I am upset and disgusted over this entire situation. Do better.

Junior came out and sprayed our new house, he was very knowledgeable and friendly and explained everything. He was a great guy, extremely friendly, and made us laugh. I hate bugs and have a huge fear of them but I'm glad they took care of them for us!

I would strongly suggest that know one call bug express. There not professional. For one when. I called to make an appointment they me up for the next day and never showed up. So I made another appointment for two days later and they never showed. Yea these guys are horrible. Horrible customer service. I would grade these people an F.

I called to get a quote for a flea issue and got an appointment fairly quickly! The technician came out and was quick and thorough. He treated my house and yard and explained how the process was going to work. I called for the follow-up visit and once again I was impressed with the quick turn around. The same technician came out and answered my questions that I had time to think about.

Very satisfied! Only reason why I did not give it 5 stars was because I am wanting to see if I see a big difference in the amount of critters I see. Overall, extremely satisfied.

I contacted a few exterminators in San Angelo to survey my home for carpenter ants. Many of these businesses tried to upsell other services, in the first moments of my phone call. I was encouraged however, when I contacted Bug Express. The customer service rep was pleasant and professional. I was asked for some specifics, and encountered no upselling, only courteous service. Tray came to the home (on time), and thoroughly inspected for problems, explaining his procedures, and outcomes. Very professional in his work, and knowledge. From initial phone call, to completion, I am totally pleased, and highly recommend.

Just called Bug Express - 15 min hold after answering so I hung up. Moving on to other businesses.
