I called them in regards to a huge bee nest and they came out in 48 hrs and sprayed the nest, will be back to remove it and it was way less than what I was quoted from other companies. Service: Hornet & wasp extermination

Greatservice! I left an email, and they called me the next morning and were at my house the same afternoon. The worker (Bill) called to tell me he'd be 10 minutes late. He was knowledgeable, and done quickly. I saw 2 ants the next day, then they were gone. Would definitely recommend this business! Service: Ant extermination

Called the bug guy out to spray our entire house and a few sheds for $200.00 on June 12th. We had ants, wasps, bees, and stink bugs we wanted help with. They did a good job but around mid August we had problems with another nest. As I didn't want to spend another $200 to have them come back out I was trying to do this one myself until my wife said they will come back out for $65 within 90 days for a re spray.

I got our receipt out and sure enough it said the same thing my wife said so I called them to come out for a re spray. They scheduled the appointment approximately a week out and said yes if you still have a problem we will re spray for 65 per the contract on the receipt. When the day came I got a call from the technician who said he was running late and we talked about the issue I was having.

He said if it is yellow jackets it would cost 105 to 115 to come out but since you've already spent money with us we'll do it for 75. At this point I just wanted it done so I went with it. When he got to my house he spoke with my wife and asked her for payment. My wife, not knowing I agreed to 75 now wrote a 65 dollar check and handed it to him. He told her the check was wrong it would be 110-115.

My wife called me and then I called the technician to remind him what we just talked about. He started talking in circles saying I am going to have to use a powder for this but since your a returning customer if we can get 10 dollars more then the 65 my boss will be happy. Again now just wanting the job done I said yes. When I got home it was clear no powder was used.

With the shady pricing I am sure I'll never be calling these guys again. EDIT: The Bug Man owner sent me a refund of the extra 10 dollars and a letter explaining the pricing/negotiations that took place are not standard practice. I'm still skeptical but do like the fact that they at least tried to right the wrong.

I would use Bug Man again to handle any insect pest and I will recommend them to my friends. Jared dealt with a basketball sized Baldface Hornets nest in about 10 minutes. He was on time and explained what he was doing. It was a very professional encounter. Service: Hornet & wasp extermination

I called for a removal of a bald faced hornets nest and a yellow jacks nest and set up an appointment for the next day. The employee (Bill) called when he was running behind by 15 minutes which was very much appreciated. Bill came to my home and assessed the nests, explained what he was going to do and then did the job. He discussed the "after care" of the nests and gave me some options.

I would recommend this company for its efficiency and polite staff. I found the cost for this service to be reasonable and certainly worth the feeling of safety our family has with the removal of these flying pests.

My husband wasn't impressed with the short amount of time it took for the treatment. We intentionally scheduled Bug Man prior to moving so they could easily do a thorough application to the house and garage. Two weeks later and we still have critters. Called but they were going to charge us for another application. No thanks.

I had a carpenter ant issue and had gotten quotes from pest control services who insist on these annual memberships which drove me nuts. The last thing I need is another monthly or quarterly bill especially if there is a chance the issue can be resolved one time. I called the Bug Man. Don (one of the owners) came out and instantly found the problem.

We had a tiny hole in our siding which allowed water to seep into the wood which attracted a satellite nest of ants. He used a super powerful industrial grade powder and instantly killed 200 ants before our eyes. He treated the outside perimeter of our house as well. He felt that this could be enough to permanently solve the issue hence no need for an annual membership but said IF they were to return, to give him a call and he'd charge half if within 90 days. Amazing.

He took the time to explain every step and cause and even pointed me to where I can go on their website to prevent them from recurring. All other pest places are scammers! They want to have you hooked, shame. I wouldn't trust anyone else but the Bug Man. Highly highly recommended!
