I can't say enough about Todd and his service. We had a large yellow jacket nest and I called Todd at 8:00 am and he came within 2 hours. He was professional and knowledgeable about the products he used. I have 2 dogs, and we are very careful when applying any product in the yard. Todd sent the spec sheets to us and we were pleased with what he used to kill the bees.
Two days later I noticed a very large hornets nest, called Todd again and he came out a day Hurricane Ida hit. He made it through all the road closures and flooding. Excellent service, highly recommend Todd.

I called for help with carpenter bees. I was given an appointment the following day. The gentleman (I am sorry I didn't catch his name!) kept me informed by calling when he was running late. When he arrived, he took his time and worked thoroughly. The charges were reasonable and I was advised that I could call if the bees were not gone in 24 hours. I really have not seen a carpenter bee since. Good service, I would definitely use them again.

Bug Out is the best! I called about a huge hornet's nest hanging from a branch right over my dog's run. Todd was here the same (weekend) day, took care of the problem safely and efficiently, and charged a reasonable price. He and his helper Dwayne answered my questions and were pleasant, polite, and professional. Todd even helped me out by spraying another pest problem on the patio for no additional charge. I believe in supporting small, local businesses and Bug Out would be my choice for all and any future pest problems.

I had a large nest in my tree and I called bug out pest for removal. He was friendly and came to my home within 2 hours. He wore protective gear and knocked the nest down and also sprayed. He collected the majority of the nest and disposed of it. There was about 25 percent of the nest left behind. Not sure if he was supposed to take that as well but I was told they should be gone by the next day. If I have any issues I could call back.
