Austin came and he was very quick and efficient. Easy going but professional. Very fair price as well! Definitely our go to for keeping the bugs at bay!

When I first moved into my home in 2016, my basement was filled with crickets and cave crickets and I encountered brown recluse in the house too. After Bug Stoppers treated my home inside and out, all the bugs died. The owner Les is very knowledgeable and friendly and explains what they are spraying and how it works. Two treatments per year is what they recommend.

Since the second treatment I have not seen a single brown recluse in my home. I very rarely see any other bugs in my house either. On the rare occasions when I have seen a bug in the house, I have taken a photo and sent it to Les and he identified it for me. They are also reliable about coming at the scheduled time. I highly recommend their service.

Had these guys come out and spray for ants. Less than a week later, ants are back. When I called, I was told that to come a second time I would have to pay full price. If the ants were still there, no charge for a 3rd visit. I was told that it states this on the BACK of my receipt. This is absolutely ridiculous. These guys do not back their service and give zero guarantee as to the effectiveness of their work. Horrible company and I will negatively review them on all available social media sites.

We've used Bug Stoppers for 6 years now. Quick to respond to calls, and typically can get scheduled within the week. Les and his team are all knowledgeable and will educate you on anything pest related. Very affordable and don't try to sell more than you need - they only suggest 2 treatments a year, which we follow and never have pests. Highly recommend their services.

Horrible at treating for bedbugs they do not offer a free follow up. When checking for bed bugs he hardly looked to see where they are coming from. Over priced only a week after treatment and there are still bugs and babies whatever was used didn't work At All!
