This is the first time I've used Bugs A to Z Pest Services and I have to say that Joe made the experience so easy for me. He went on his own to evaluate the pests that were outside of my mom's house. He called me, sent pictures, and then suggested a plan of service. Joe's timely follow up was heartening, especially since so many other projects in my life seem to take forever! I'm happy to recommend Bugs A to Z Pest Services without hesitation.

I have been using Bugs A to Z for the last 4 years and they are fantastic, always on time, professional, and pleasant. I tried one other company once and went straight back to Bugs A to Z because the results were so much better and the technicians so much nicer to deal with. We get black/brown widows every year and after Bugs A to Z does their thing, we are totally clear for several months every time.

We used Joe on several occasions and I can't recommend him more! He's extremely professional a great listener and with my partner being an asthmatic was very mindful to our concerns about harsh chemicals. I would not hesitate to call Joe again! Had a fantastic experience with Joe, who helped us with our mosquito problem. He sprayed and fogged our yard, and put in two In2Care units, which is a new product that kills mosquitoes in a non-toxic manner. So far they seem to be pretty effective, and Joe has been on top of it, checking in regularly to make sure everything is working. He's been extremely helpful, easy to reach, and determined to help us get this problem fixed. I highly recommend Bugs A to Z!

We've had ants before and used Terro bait stations which worked fairly well some of the time. The ant attack that we had last month was on a whole different level, however, and after trying several products like Raid we finally called Joe from Bugs A to Z Pest Services, Inc. I will never use Terro or Raid again. Joe and his team were able to come by on the day that I called and they arrived on time.
They were quick, knowledgeable, and friendly, and their services are effective, safe for wildlife, and odor-free. The price is both reasonable and fair--I feel like a bonehead for not seeking out their help in the past.
