I haven't actually used them yet, but will. Robin was very honest with his inspection and we trust him. The quote for renting is very reasonable. It's very hard in todays world to find honesty in a sales position that benefits from commission. That's not an issue with this company- they are honest.

This company is operating a scam. What they are doing is very unethical. They send somebody out and then give you a report of work that needs to be done. And if you do not do the work with them they find all kinds of things wrong with the work that was done therefore not signing off on the sale of the house. They do not clearly mark areas that need to be done and greatly over charge for woodwork termite damage. Run don't walk the other way! We are still dealing with problems!

Critical: Quality A week after the Kennedy tenting service I received a bill from my HOA for $2300 of tile roof damage. Kennedy replied to my complaint and told me that I should have taken out their insurance. I was told by Justin that this amount of damage is not uncommon. Be aware Service: Termite extermination

We've used Kennedy Pest Control to assess and sometimes remediate everything from termite damage to dry rot to fungus. We can always trust Paul to give us the pros and cons of different treatment options and explain how to correct the problem ourselves if that is the most cost-effective route to go. We recently opened up a wall doing a shower replacement and I was horrified to see significant termite damage to the 2x4s.

I called Paul who explained how we could deal with it instead of them coming out and charging a lot to do the work. Problem solved within a day. We will for sure use them for any official inspections we ever need due to their great service these past 15+ years.

Woke up this morning to see two men on my property working for the house next door and didn't even have the common courtesy to knock on my door and ask if they could be on my property. I have dogs and had I let them out in the backyard they could have ran away(the gate is wide open) and they would have been barking like crazy at them. Please don't assume you can do whatever you want and just walk over someone's property without knocking and explaining what is going on. Please don't do this to any other resident in my city.

As a realtor, Kennedy Pest Control is the only termite company I have recommended for years. Every single inspector I have used has been awesome. Derrick gets special kudos for going the extra mile time and time again, including on his own time, helping me paint a house when I forgot to leave out the paint for the repair crew. In our business we use Pest Control Co. I simply will not have Kennedy involved with any future transaction. Problems happen but completely ignoring requests for clarification is unacceptable. We have video of the safety violations they introduced. When I report the safety violations to their main office. twice. I never heard back from them. Do yourself a favor. pick another company that is SAFE and professional.

To everyone thinking of getting their service, or if you already have it, just be aware that they have a habit of messing up on addresses and they'll end up treating your neighbor's house instead of yours. I spoke to my neighbor about it and they said they saw someone spraying their house, and told them that it's the wrong house AFTER the job was done.

I called customer service, and they denied this, saying that they were at the right house, while I am dealing with an ant outbreak, and they refused to fix their mistake. Because according to their GPS, they were at the right place. But my neighbor's house is like 10ft away, no GPS in it's right mind can really pinpoint which house they're at. And even if, for all I know, they could've found a parking spot at my house, and went to the neighbor's. Also, be weary when you call, I spoke to Vanessa and she's extremely rude.

Great Customer Service and Derrick provided his expertise accordingly. Being former contractor myself, they were honest and straightforward. They are busy for a reason.the are good at what they do.

I gave Kennedy Pest Control a try after they acquired Centurion Pest Control. I made an appointment to get treated for my annual ant invasion. Kyle showed up on time, took health precautions, and was very thorough, friendly and professional. He was careful not to cause problems for our dog as well. They also honored my 2019 service rate and gave me a discount on top of it. Can't complain there!

So far it has been a smooth transition from Centurion Peat Control to Kennedy. (Centurion sold their company to Kennedy.) The communication between the two companies has been great. I met the technician as he was performing my service and he was very friendly and helpful. I loved Centurion so Kennedy has big shoes to fill.

So far I am liking Kennedy Pest Control. They have been flexible and easy to work with. Everyone has been very friendly and they seem to ve very professional and pleasant to work with. I also really liked their pricing vs. other pest control companies. I just started with them but so far so good as far as not seeing spiders or ants in our house. This is very important in that we have seen in the past that lots of spiders and aunts tend to want to come into our house during the summer months when it is very hot.

Kennedy Pest Control has provided quarterly spraying around my house and also done termite inspections for me for over 5 years. In all my interactions with them the staff and field service personnel have been professional and courteous. All treatments have been thorough. We recently had Derrick come out for a pest inspection on our home and he was great! He was very knowledgeable, honest, answered all of our questions, and went above and beyond for us. It felt so good knowing we were not being taken advantage of. From now on, we will be using Kennedy for our pest needs and will definitely recommend them to all of our friends and family.

This company did a home inspection and completed the report stating 'due to rain they couldn't see everything and may have missed areas'. Of course they don't offer a courtesy reinspect when it's dry. Not to mention the obvious areas they missed regardless of damp conditions. There repairs are poor at best. Look elsewhere for home buying inspections!

I have called and called this office to try to get help for my ant problem. We are on a bi-monthly service with them. I understand Covid has changed things but trying to get ahold of anyone is almost impossible. I left 3 messages at the office. I emailed them also. No return call or acknowledgement of any kind. I tried one last time to get help and got a real person.

Still the tech didn't get the message I needed bait stations. I have to admit I was very upset and put on a bad review which was probably unfair. I have been with them over 10 years, I believe, and have never had a problem before. Anyhow, with calls and review they took care of my problem right away and offered me my last visit at no charge. Victor, the manager took care of it and followed up with me again today. So all is well that ends well. I appreciate that they hopped right on it once it was brought to their attention. Kennedy pest control just completed our termite repair and replaced dry rot on our front. The craftsmanship of the repair was very good. We did have one small problem but Kennedy reached out after the job was complete to resolve the issue.

My father passed away and I was trying to refinance my home to pay bills. The refi company used this company. My refi didnt go through. I asked them to please give me time to pay. I was overwhelmed by bills and stressed out of my mind. All this company did was insist I pay them NOW. I INFORMED THEM THAT IF THEY COULD PLEASE WAIT. After the company kept insisting I told them I would call them when I could make payment.

They then put a lien on my house. This company has no heart. Please do not use. Fellow Veterans stay away. This is email I sent them after they kept telling me to pay. "Cannot do that. A lot of bills piling up since my dads death. That was reason for refinance. Now trying to get hard money loan which is high interest, but will pay off all bills so I dont have to declare bankruptcy.

I will keep you posted as soon as I hear back. Since I cannot handle anymore stress in my life right now I will not be responding to emails anymore. I will email you. You will get paid please be patient thank you."

DO NOT USE KENNEDYS for termite inspections. They do not back the inspections. We closed escrow based on their recommendations that the home we were buying did not need to be tented. 30 days into the home we have them back out to tell us they missed Termite spots and the home needs to be tented. Now we have to fork out $1500 to have the house tented.

The inspector admitted several times that it was his mistake and missed it but they aren't responsible and don't have to honor there inspections. The termite damage is in plain sight in the living room that the incompetent inspector missed. The seller would have been responsible for the cost of tenting had Kennedys done their job correctly.

Rather than honoring their original quote to spot treat the house for $690 they offered a small credit of $200 which won't even cover our hotel fair for the 2 nights we are now put out due to their negligence. We worked hard to have this resolved by their team and wanted to come to a reasonable agreement to resolve the gross neglect of their inspector and manager but they refused to back there inspection. We will be filing a complaint with the SPCB as well.

I love working with this company and greatly appreciate their professionalism and strive to accommodate my clients. The inspectors are very reliable and provide great details at a very competitive rate. The office is friendly and very helpful. I've used Derrick the last few times and really appreciate his friendliness and professionalism

Called Kennedy for refinance for termite inspection came over next day at no cost which, was a great previous customer Paul did a good job report send back next day which was greatly appreciated I would give 6 stars if possible.

I'm a local Realtor here in San Diego and have used Kennedy Pest on multiple occasions. In fact, they have come out and found problems that others couldn't find. (or didn't want to) They are always busy which is a good thing, and yet still get out within days of my requests typically. Just like any company, they're not all created equal. Kennedy Pest rises above the rest!

YOU NEED THIS GUYS BY YOUR SIDE! Derrick with Kennedy Pest Control has been doing the termite inspections for my clients for the past 2 years and he is an absolute professional. He takes care of the clients in protecting and caring for investments and their bottom line. He helped my client this week save $1,600 in fumigation by discovering that the home had a warranty from a different company who treated the property for free. I am being thankful for how caring he is and I would have to extend the same feeling for his management.

WOW these guys are awesome! I never thought I would be recommending a pest control company but they truly are amazing. Scheduling the appointment was easy and convenient. They understand you live a life outside of the appointment and do everything to accommodate that. But the real shinning star was Derrick. He really took the time to educate and was not trying to upsell a service or a product, but to make sure I understood what to look for and what my options were.

He explained thoroughly what the service would be and the timelines. He encouraged me to walk along with him while he did the inspection and see what he was seeing. That is honesty and great customer service. I wish I could give more stars to this honest, respectful, and customer orientated business. And kudos to Derrick! If he knocks on your door know you are in the best hands and will get the truth.

Kennedy post control is a scam rip-off. they charged me $4,744 for bogus and seriously overpriced services required for my home mortgage refinance. yeh, they contracted someone else to tent the house, but beyond that they failed to replace several obviously damaged/rotted boards, and they charged hundreds of dollars for a guy to spend 35 minutes in my cellar with a windex type spray bottle 'treating' 2 spots less than a square foot each. they know they've got you over a barrel with the refinance thing, so maybe all termite companies are like this; but Kennedy was the one i experienced.

They don't return phone calls. I finally ended up communicating with them thru my realtor. They were recommended by my realtor but I would advise not to use them. I was working out of town. My wife dealt with the guy doing the inspection. He seemed like a nice guy on the phone. The problem is that he over estimated the repairs. His estimate was $1095.

I was at home when the (2) guys came to do the repairs. They were there for (2) hours and all they did was bondo some rafter tails and facia boards. They did a horrible job and didn't even clean up their mess. I complained about being overcharged so they deducted $495 and I ended up paying $600. Still rediculously overpriced. Do yourself a favor and go someplace else.
