I work Monday through Friday and had Memorial Day (a Monday) off. Dan from Chemfree was able to meet me to provide an estimate the same day. By Wednesday, my house and garage were covered and the fumigation began. Communication and follow up were excellent. We had a miscommunication that didn't make it onto my paperwork however Dan and the chemfree team made it right without hesitation. Dealing with many companies throughout the years, you typically expect to have to put up a fight when expectations don't align. Chemfree went above and beyond to take care of me to my satisfaction. Chem Free did a great job tenting my home. I had a couple of large potted plants that I did not think I had to move. A couple of the workers said they needed to be moved and they moved them away fron the house, they would have been killed by the gas if not moved. Thank you. Also Jose Louis, the on site supervisor, was very helpful and professional.
Communication with the company was great, setting the date to do the fumigation was a breeze. We also called several times to ask questions. Everyone at Chem Free acted very professional.

I've recently had my house fumigated for termites and some fascia repairs. Dan (owner) came out to do the inspection and provided details of the options and recommendations. Dan was very professional and detailed with the required work. His crew was on time, equally professional and kept me updated with their progress. Glad that I had chosen Chem Free for the work.

Had a good experience (i.e. no issues) with ChemFree. This was the first time we've had our house fumigated. They provide the bags, they seal it for you, they schedule the gas company and are in and out quickly. Their fumigation crew are all in-house and not a 3rd party. They lock up behind them, which was important to us. Just be sure to move plants and create clearance around the perimeter of the house for the tent because anything left behind or in its way will get covered and die/get burned from the chemicals. If you have house plants, move them out.

Exceptional service from the first inspection til the end of tenting! My husband has been in construction over 40 years and said the wood replacement team was top notch! Everyone from the owner, the scheduler and the workers on site were fabulous. Great service and fair pricing! I picked this company based on other reviews and could not have been more satisfied!
