Great company. My technician Brady texted that he was on his way 15 minutes before arrival. When he arrived he was professional and listened to the issues we were having. He proceeded to inspect the premises and spray. Before entering my home, he put covers on his shoes and gloves on. Once outside, he wiped away cobwebs and sprayed the entire area around the house. I will definitely use this company again.

I can not even begin to explain how pleased I am with this company. Everything was great from the first call to the person that came out. Just amazing. I have animals, birds and snakes, that need extra attention when doing pest control and everything that I needed to do was explained to me and there were no issues at all. I've been using ChemTec since September of 2021 and have seen very few bugs in and around our house, despite living on the edge of a new housing development (proving that they are using quality chemicals to keep bugs at bay). This is truly a family owned business as they are manning the phones and performing the spraying. Brady (son) is our tech and is very knowledgeable about the various aspects of pest control, friendly, courteous and takes good care in looking for possible problem areas.
