We like many in our area have our homes sprayed for spiders and other bugs in the late spring. It keeps our home web free on the outside and keeps all the small outside creatures outside. We have used Collier's for years and have been very happy with their service. They were recently purchased by Rose but kept many of the personnel from Colliers. We have had the same person do our house each year which is nice because he knows just what to do each year.

Critical: Quality, Value Rose failed to do the job: kill the hornets in a nest under my second-story deck. The employee was professional, seemed to know his business. But 3 days later, the bulk of them were still alive. Money wasted; I had find another way to get rid of them Service: Hornet & wasp extermination

Worker was prompt & very efficient. Told me what to expect. I've had no rodents since. Certainly would recommend him. Service: Rodent extermination

Not dependable, unprofessional, & does not value or respect their customers. I scheduled services a month in advance and on the day of my scheduled appointment, Collier's no-showed with zero communication. I attempted to call, left voicemails, and also emailed but have been ignored. 48 hours later and no response. I will caution all my neighbors, co-workers and friends to avoid this unpredictable, flaky company. UPDATE: it's now 3 months later.

I was NEVER contacted. But Collier's showed up today out of the blue! I had told them months ago that I moved on to do business with Northshore (they're awesome). Northshore just did my 3rd spray 2 days ago. Had I not been home, Colliers would have sprayed and tried sticking me with a bill. Super unprofessional!

Person who answers the phone is grossly incompetent and can't follow basic instructions. Then, after she messes everything up by ignoring your request, you will still get a bill without them admitting they did anything wrong. Seems like a business that was established by a previous generation and is now being run into the ground. Use someone else if you can or get them to confirm your instructions via email prior to them coming out.

Came out on time sprayed all sheds & home no more bugs & spiders! Can safely organize sheds before winter, came out and did another spray free of charge because had new roof& floor put in one of sheds just in case we kicked up more! Very safe and professional service

We have used Collier's for years. Never an issue. Ever. Until recently. We were scheduled for service and they didn't show. No call or text as promised either. This was odd, so I called. And called. And called. left numerous messages. After no response at all. I scheduled and received services from a local competitor. They will have ALL of my business, They will also be getting the referrals for my business, my family and friends.

They spray our log home and barn twice a year. If we have problems with bugs they come right back at no cost. Great to work with. Very professional.

Sprayed my place for mosquitoes and I don't know if it is the formula they use or the process, but it was completely ineffective. Then when you are told in an email that their recommendation is to use repellant when I go out in my yard, after I had just paid them $105 to have it sprayed professionally, specifically for mosquitos, I'm telling you, save your money, or find a more effective pest control business.

Service was provided the next morning! He explained ways to prevent future mouse entry into my home. He was thorough and easy to work with. Nice local family business. Definitely recommend them.

Absolutely amazing! The receptionist is the friendliest and most helpful woman I've ever dealt with. She listens to your concerns and is so knowledgeable she's able to help you over the phone. She scheduled Alex (one of the exterminators) to come to our home as soon as he was available. He did a great, thorough check of our home and listened to our concerns.

He checked our children for bug bites as well and explained where the pest we were concerned about would be biting. He was friendly with our kids, talked to them as he worked. When he left he even called us to reconfirm the cost of the extermination we would need to have done for fleas. I spoke to the receptionist later in the day and she recommended not exterminating but instead to treat our cat with Frontline and vacuum the house regularly. Overall I was extremely satisfied with their service and we will definitely be using them again if the need arises!
