We have been loyal Colonial Pest Control customers for over 5 years. When we first started, we had a terrible ant issue. Now, we mostly just have them come out twice a year for a maintenance. Occasionally, we might get a new ant colony that pops up. It's super easy to set up an appointment and they always show up on time. The are friendly, polite, very thorough, knowledgable and, most of all, EFFECTIVE! Thanks, Michelle for your service to our home this year!

We suddenly had a swarm of flies in our basement and Colonial got someone out the very next day. We bought our house less than a year ago so didn't know what to expect during the spring months. Dan Mayo came on time and was incredibly professional and friendly. He explained how the flies got there and what he was doing to treat the basement in great detail.

The flies were gone within a day and we got back to enjoying our new house. I even signed up for their bi-annual service in case anything pops up again and to take preventative measures. These guys are trustworthy and the best!

I only made a phone call to this business, & was pleasantly surprised when the specialist I spoke with offered me advice on how to deal with my issue first, before spending all kinds of money! I saw termites for the first time ever in my house. Kevin came out and explained the entire process and scheduled the work quickly, within 2 weeks. I was extremely anxious about how much work might need to be done and he answered all of my questions, providing much needed peace of mind at the same time. Critical: Professionalism I hired these guys for pest control and routine seasonal pest control. They were awful in one word. Very poor quality work. Seemed like an excuse to get more money by stopping by and spraying one or two outside walls. 1 minutes probably they spent time. How do I know? I have security cameras. Don not recommend.

We had a problem with mice like everyone else. Tis the season for them. So I did my research not knowing who to call and seeing colonial pest control had good reviews I was glad I called them. We have been very happy with the work Colonial did at our home. We have a home that was built in the 1800's and we weren't sure if anything would help control the mice. I was contacted by Kevin from Colonial Pest Control when he arrived. Kevin did an outstanding job uncovering open areas from our home and garage to the outdoors that explained how mice were getting into our living areas. Kevin explored the living space, attic, and basement for the most obvious rodent activity. Kevin was very personable and respected any objects that required moving to properly inspect for activity. Kevin was a pleasure to show around and he didn't mind that our dog wanted his attention. Well done Colonial Pest Control.

I did have an issue with mice in my attic and as luck would have it, much of the activity happened at night and directly above our bedroom driving me crazy. I called a few companies one of which did an outdoor inspection which cost me $125.00 said we had flying squirrels and quoted me $3,000.00 to remediate the issue without going up in the attic.

Colonial Pest came and went into the attic first and confirmed it was mice and set bait traps. What impressed me more was the level of inspection they did to find possible entry points which they sealed to prevent future invasions. I will now use them for perimeter pest protection come the spring. I would recommend.

This company is phenomenal. From the scheduling to the service, they were excellent. The technician that came out to do my service was Kevin. He was friendly, informative, knowledgeable, thorough, and hard working. He left no corner unchecked and filled every gap and set bait stations where they were needed. He answered all my questions and even told us about possible coupon promotions. 5 stars. Highly recommend.

Reliable place and fair price. I'm still on the 6 months warranty time and so far everything is good. Their customer service is great.

Colonial has successfully solved ant and bee problems for in the past. When I recently called about wasps that had moved into an exterior light fixture and were getting into the house, they were scheduling 10 days out. When they found out I had small kids in the house, they bent over backwards to get someone out there quickly. They always do a great job, but I truly appreciate the recent customer service experience. And the wasps are gone!

The service technician who did the work on my house was excellent, informative, thorough, neat and careful. It has been several weeks since the treatment to rid my house of the carpenter bees which have plagued the property for years. I am very happy with the results and comforted with the guarantee. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is the dismissive attitude of the customer service rep who called to cancel my first appointment due to an employee call-out. I, of course understood and readily accepted the cancellation, but could not understand the logic of rescheduling my appointment at the "back of the list" a month later or the "take it or leave it response" to my question. I almost cancelled the service, but following the excellent work of the service tech, am happy that I kept the appointment and would use Colonial again.

We are long time customer. We always do their quarterly service. I can't say enough about Roger in office. Paul and Chris are responsible for a wonderful service.This week we had a yellow jacket nest in new construction near framing Zac came next day and handled the bees and explained what happened. Great service and and reliable company.

First timer here, but have been very upset about mice in my house. Paul was very informative and promptly found the point of entry for the mice. He was also very nice to my dogs! I am very happy with the service and warranty.
