I will never use again or recommend corkys to anyone. I signed up for pest control and they were supposed to come every 5 weeks. When they did show up all they did was remove spider webs and then spray for 5 minutes. The spray would work for a week and then we would be back to having bugs in the house. They would show up randomly anywhere from 5-8 weeks with no calls or explanation but always be charging me right on time.

After they didn't show up for over 7 weeks this last time I finally called and was not able to talk to customer service. They make you wait on a list for them to call you back. When they finally called back they tried to argue with me that it is not always 5 weeks and that they were "planning" on coming that week. I requested my money back for the previous charge because no services were completed and I still have not received a refund. I have now cancelled and will never go back. If I could give less than 1 star I would.

Asked twice for them to call me before the appointments. Both times the person on the phone said they would make a note. Clearly they didn't, never got a call. Paid $450 for two gas treatments and have no clue what they did. Goodbye Corkys, I will spend $2000 on my own smoke machine before ever thinking of you. Everyone beware, be vigilant or be in the dark and lighter in the wallet.

Has anyone else ever had problems with CORKYS PEST CONTROL customer service? We have had it for awhile and last Thursday 6-2 I got a text saying they would be out Friday 6-3 and we weren't going to be home so I immediately called Thursday 6-2 to reschedule. So they gave me the following Tuesday 6-7 so we sat at home all day and NO SHOW with no phone call to cancel or reschedule so I called them and they said it had been rescheduled again for Friday 6-10 so I asked for supervisor and they transferred me to a guy named "ERIC"and I left a message & he never returned my call.

So today the rescheduled date 6-10 they hadn't showed up yet today so I called them and the girl told me it had been rescheduled again to next week so I told her that it was BS and she hung up on me. So I tried to call back and no one would answer the phone so I kept trying and finally got through to a different person his name was "MYLES" he apologized said how sorry he was and I said I still want to speak to a supervisor and I told him that the guy never called me after I left a message for him last week and he said oh I'm looking at him right now and he's here so I'll transfer you.

Well that was BS it just went to Voicemail so I left a message in which I know won't be returned. So I called back and it took me a couple of times of NO ANSWER but another person "OLIVIA" finally answered and I explained to her that I wanted to cancel my account and I really didn't need this kind of treatment from any company! Seriously have they treated anyone else like this before? I'm just surprised by this company that appears to have employees doing it's customer service that can't notify customers of change and I'm appalled by the Girl which nobody would give me her name and I didn't get it would hang up on me.

There customer service is very inadequate with people who obviously don't care. Acct# 25922 You May have some customers that are happy but they won't be if they ever need your customer service!

After over a year of service for rodent control there are still the same issues and the company doesn't listen. We have always said no kill traps and yet the put them. Call the office and they hang upon us or send us to a voicemail without even asking our name or any info. When we did get ahold of someone they said they would try and listen to our requests.

I am not using a business that doesn't care or listen to what I as the customer have to say. I called and cancelled my service and they didn't seem to care about those problems either.

They overheated my attic and left my home is disarray. Almost called the fire dept. Smell horrible. Notified them but no response yet.

They had a site visit about a week before the fumigation which was very helpful. They showed up on time the day the fumigation started and had very good communication during the whole process. Fumigation is a pain, but Corky's made it much easier.

I was a long time customer, over 20 years with Corkys. Selling my home I asked for an inspection as a condition of the sell. Guess what they found over $6500.00 worth of termite damage. I even get monthly basic service and no one gave me a heads up of a potential issue. Contracted with Corkys to do the repair. What a mistake. Horrible experience. They contracted work out or a subcontractor Julz.

The guys were so unprofessional, slow and broke my sliding glass door by there negligence. A job that should take 3 days took 8! Put me and my neighbors through grinding and pounding. Broke roof tiles, tried to hide the repair with tiles not close to what was broken. No help for MGR David, Rosa never returned my calls emails. I was forced to manage this nightmare without ANY support from David Corkys or Gen Mgr.

I will never recommend Corkys and my neighbors won't either for any of this type of termite repair. Oh and you have to pay upfront for all the work. so beware you will have zero leverage when things go bad and Corkys could care less as well as they already have all your money. This review was based on facts and not imagined. This is the worst review I have ever given any Company. And Corkys earned and deserved it! And never once called me to even offer an apology.

We have been using corky's for at least 10 years and have been happy with them. This time around I am elated with the detail of the technician that came to my house today. Usually when I receive the text that their coming out to spray I go out and put my dogs water bowls away. I was not home this time around and the technician was so wonderful he or she put my dogs bowls upside down so the chemical Would not fall into their water bowls. Thank you Corky's for being so considerate of my loved animals.

We use the regular service and it's been OK at best. The techs are nice and sometimes they rush sometimes they are thorough based on the stress and scheduling the company has them under. I am writing this review as recently there is no concideration for their customers time. When we are on schedule the side gate is opened and we put our dogs away and one of us is here to ensure the techs can gain access.

On several occasions we have been scheduled and no one shows up all day and no calls. We try to call the contact line and the answer is always the same, "they are on their way." Today the tech showed up after we received a call 30 min before arrival.but we were scheduled for last week and no one showed up. Could be a scheduling issue could be a lack of techs etc.

I believe it is time the owners start looking into their process. This company used to service several homes in this area, now it's down to a couple of us. We wanted to support the smaller companies but at this point we have to look for new options. I really hope this company makes a course correction quickly.

I've been a customer of Corky's for a long time I (has it been 20 years?) It has always been a good experience and they have been responsive when an issue would arise. Today Nick -84 came by and did such a thorough job that I had to share a review to give him props. Please clone him. Thanks and if you are in need of these services, look no further.

In my opinion this person was very unprofessional he didn't need to share with me that he was in a service tech and he had a bad back and he didn't have a ladder he didn't have a flashlight I tried to call for help because he didn't show up till 530 and when I did call for help all's I got was a run around and finally a mouthy operator they just connected me to a voicemail and said you got to talk to the talk to the speaker.

The gentleman also busted the hatch leading into my attic and when I tried to talk to somebody about it well you just hurting my previous words I didn't get anywhere because everybody goes home at 5:30 although their text don't show up till 530. Unskilled 1 to 10 turkey Corkys now has -10. Yes I'm a very dissatisfied customer and I hope this doesn't become a legal matter

I was really high on Corky's. The techs are great. I called the office twice in one week and left messages. No calls back. Called again on Monday, and after three people who could not help, I asked to speak to the office manager. There is no office manager. Ask for the manager and get put on a queue to be answered by a department. They told me that it's because it's Monday and I shouldn't be complaining about no call back after a week. Really? I don't recommend these people only because of the lousy back office support. The techs and chemicals do a good job. The office staff is unbearable.

I would steer clear simply based on the behavior of their people in the field. One of their drivers was speeding through our neighborhood today ran a stop sign cut a driver off and was driving erratically in a neighborhood where kids are often playing.

When we first got their service years ago it was great. The last few years have gone downhill. With the addition of cameras I can tell what is going on at my house when I'm not home now. Some techs don't even spray the whole perimeter. Most don't do the de cobweb service. Last visit watched a guy look at my personal items in a suspicious manner. Todays visit they used my water to fill the tank on their truck for five minutes. Called to dispute this and cancel.

They said it was normal and part of the service. Asked them to provide a clause where we agreed to use our utilities to provide services for their full days customers and they kept trying to rationalize it. Trying to cancel is a joke, can't get someone. Hopefully this one star review gets their attention and someone reaches out to make things right!

So disappointed with the service. Lots. Of tiles were broken especially at the top of the roof. Nobody even checked the damage after removal of tent in spite of complained done to the people who removed the tent. Contract says company is not responsible for damage on the roof/ tiles but lots of broken tiles IS NOT acceptable.!Not a good recommendation for this company.

I debated writing this review for awhile because I dislike bashing companies. However, I feel majorly burned from this company and wish that nobody has to go through the time and energy it took to work with Corky's Pest Control. I purchased a home earlier this year, they inspected it to have a ton of termite damage. They poorly communicated, took MONTHS to finish, and never called back.

They worked with a 3rd party to replace a lot of wood around the house. This company did an incredibly poor job. Each time they would come out I would find that they only did half of the job, and since there was a language barrier we were unable to explain. It took 4 separate visits to do something that should have been accomplished in a day. Not to mention these visits went on for 6+ months.

This is because I would call, get confirmation and then they would go radio silent for a few weeks until I would call back again and again. My latest issue that pushed me to write this. They installed a door in my garage leading to the outside that was promised to be fire safe (it's not) and when it rained, it was made out of such poor material that I can't even close my door because it absorbed rain and became malformed.

Truly couldn't have asked for a worse company to work with. I hope this review helps someone make their decision to NOT use them to correct termite damage. I can't speak for their pest control for I would never choose to work with them again after the communication issues.

Horrible! The reviews are accurate! They seem to intentionally leave areas unpatched, so that they can keep calling them back. Don't do it!

This morning I called and got an appointment for help with an ant invasion. They gave me an appt window of 8-11 am tomorrow and said it would be close to 8 am. Imagine my surprise when this afternoon around 4pm I received a text telling me someone would be here between 2 and 5pm and if I needed them to come inside (where I had told them the ants were) I should call to schedule an appointment.

This is insane, I called them and the guy who answered was as mystified as I was. He could not explain why my appointment was changed and could not change it back to the morning as they had no slots available. So I told him to cancel. I will never call Corky's again and I don't think anyone else should either. for a company that's been around this long they should be better than this!

Corkys Pest Control promotes themselves as experts in the removal of gophers. They came out and I showed them The holes where my Agave succulents used to be. One that was eaten was over 25 years old. They gave me a quote for treatment and then sent some out the next week. I showed the guys the covered holes where something had eating roots and killed the agave.

The guy was puzzled because he couldn't find the traditional mounds of dirt of a gopher. So he said he would probe the holes and see if he could find a tunnel. Later he said it isn't gophers it's moles and he has a way to treat them and he would let the office know. I immediately see a charge on my card for $282. So I call and them nothing was done.

So they check with the guy and then leave a message telling me there is nothing they can do. So I did some research and found several examples from some succulents experts who had photos that look just like mine clearly stating those were done by gophers. So meanwhile another 25 year old agave is now dead. The website recommended gopher hawk which I purchased and easily found the tunnel and set the trap and a noise device. Still waiting. I saved $600 but Corky's totally let me down.

Termite Fumigation Disaster using Corky's Pest Control. Our neighbor and I employed Corky's Pest Control to fumigate our attached homes. We were left with over 220 broken roof tiles and a repair cost that exceeded $4,000. That was more than the cost of the fumigation. Our HOA property manager expressed that this was an exceedingly high number of broken tiles for our community. As you can guess, I cannot recommend using Corky's Pest Control.

If we could give Corky's Pest Control zero stars, we would. They charged full price for doing half of our property on several occasions and when we found out, they denied it and wouldn't work with us to compensate us. They had no access to the back of our office building yet they still charge full price. Then they gave us the run around, not responding to our simple solution to give us a free service. I would use ANY other company because this one can't be trusted and Is not at all interested in customer service. Buyer beware.

I have been a long time customer, but no more. The technician shows up in a tee shirt. No coveralls or long sleeves to protect him from the spray. Corky's advertises foggers to fog under manufactured housing. The technician did not have a fogger. The technician never wore a protective mask. He was gone in 10 minutes. And I have security camera videos to back this up. Called to complain and ended up doing a chat with a person who couldn't help me.

But got the number of one that could. Well, at 2Pm on a Thursday, she wasn't at her desk. Corky, you had better forget about appearing in ads and start checking up on how your locations are running your business. Because from 3 stars, obviously they aren't doing very well. I will be looking for a pest control service that cares.

I paid $286 and 3 weeks later still have rat invading my shed all Gilberto has is the shed to do and I show him where the rats are, but he just puts traps around the outside. I have to kill the rats inside myself, what am I paying him for? I vacumed up baby rat's and put up poison but still they crawl everywhere.

I requested each visit they supply a msd of products applied at each visit, Never happened. We only had outside service which rarely even lasted 10-15 mins. The ants and spiders were never controlled and not once did the tech go over treatment rendered or areas of concern. More like just a bums rush

Corkys should NOT even deserve a single star. Initially contracted for gopher control. On first visit, it was $599 for 30-40 minutes of work. Then $99 each month. It was fine for the next 4 months. Then the fifth month, I was billed $99 on my credit card for a "no-show." But before complaining to Corky's customer service, I check my series of text, and video camera footage to confirm service was performed on the date claimed. NONE. Tried to cancel service and took five phone calls.

Every time you are connected to customer service, you leave a voice mail and your call is never acknowledged or returned the same day, much less, returned at all. Finally got through a live person and told her I was billed for a "no show" of their technician. She reminded me the billing is $99 per month and it is based on every 6 weeks visit. So folks, you are billed about $1200 a year for about 8.5 visits. WHAT? each service visits actually costs about $142! WHAT A RIPOFF! DO YOUR CALCULATION. ADD THE LOUSY OR NONE EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THERE YOU HAVE IT! It's time Corky's Pest Control use their own service because they themselves are a pest! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND READ MOST RECENT REVIEWS and not Yelp selected reviews. You will notice 90% of the most recent reviews are bad, really bad.

The worst pest control in San Diego! End of story! They will bill you and bill even when you send them a check the bills keep coming They suck so bad don't ever use them! There are many other company's that are way more helpful Yet you can't speak to the owner when you have someone hang up on you. Very unprofessional company! Bad news

I had a bad gopher problem in my front and back yards and Corky's was very effective at killing them with CO2 gas fogging down in their tunnels. I had used another company prior who was using subterranean metal traps and it just was not effective enough. I recommend using CO2 gas fogging for pervasive or persistent gopher infestations. I happen to live in San Diego (Clairemont neighborhood) near a canyon.

I realized I had a spider infestation and called Corkey's as I had used them years ago. They did not finish the job. I believe that it was a communications problem because the worker I Tried to talk with really didn't seem to understand me. They particularly left a black widow next to my door. Picture attached. They refused to take care of the problem even though the treatment was only a week before.

They wanted to charge me another treatment fee. I paid them their fee less $5 for a can of spider insecticide. To add insult to injury, they did not recommend that they spray around the doors and window on the inside as the spiders migrate indoors if not properly treated. So now I have bites all over me. Can't tell if the spider is in the chair or in the bed. Both are being throughly cleaned. What prompted me to write this is because I just found a widow near the front door on the inside, new but still (was) there!

Corky's is the worst. I used them for the longest time and I mounted a Ring camera and our Corky's guy sat in his truck for 40 minutes then placed the bill on the front door knob UNSAT
