Critical: Punctuality, Responsiveness Service was good when they showed up. Recently they haven't showed up or called in over 6 weeks. Personally I wouldn't use them again. I am looking for a company that is punctual. Service: Mosquito extermination

I tried many cans of what was ranked the best bee killer and nothing was working. Critter Ridders arrived on time, and within 5 minutes of them applying their solution, the bees were no longer heading into the hive. Within 5 hours, they were gone and I have not seen another flying around. Thank you Critter Ridders! I will be recommending you to everyone.

Highly recommend Critter Ridders. They honor their guarantees, and get the job done. After a bed bug problem, the Techs left the house in much better shape than I expected. I will definitely call them again for any pest problem.

I live in the country and we have cluster flies out here. I have use Critter Ridders for years. I skipped a year getting fly sprayed and boy did i regret it. So I know it works! Been using them for years for bee prevention services. This is my first year in my new home so once again got the bee prevention service but also ant service as well. Services were done 3+ weeks ago & are proving very effective. Very fair prices & friendly, knowledgeable technicians. Locally owned too.

We had the bee and ant prevention done this spring. Neither worked, we currently have wasps and hornets both on the front porch and an influx all around our yard. Called to inquire about the guarantee and of course it doesn't cover re-spraying. Save your money, do not recommend this company or their prevention services.

They came out and sprayed our property. I was unable to watch them due to all my children being home because of COVID 19. They were done n less than 15 minutes! Hard to believe they sprayed everything. Now we still have bees and wasps everywhere. I then called to have them come back out and they flat out refused. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE! DO NOT use Critter Ridders CNY. It's a waste of your money!

I have been using their services since 1984 when our family business acquired 60 units of apartments within the City of Syracuse. Though I'd like to think that we maintained our apartments well and clean plus screen are tenants properly, there's always the unfortunate situation of having some kind of undesirable pest inhabit your facilities. Critter Ridders, also known as AAA Exterminators, have been our go-to people to help us enforce this policy.

They always provide friendly and knowledgeable technicians to address any particular circumstance with the right application extermination products. Furthermore their guarantee policies puts the touch we need to have an extermination that makes it more efficient than any type of do-it-yourself method that other property owners often attempt and fail at.

I can assure you that the cost of hiring these professionals is well worth the benefits gain and the service will be an improvement from attempting to remedy a situation on your own.

Asked for sticky pad four times, because of bed bugs, not caused by me. Never received one. I had over 50 bites.unsure why I was not taken serious. Had powered treatment, didn't work. Had heat treatment, ended up with having to have another powered treatment. This has left me with PTSD, never have I had to go through something like this. This has totally changed me. All I asked for, was ONE sticky pad. One lady received 5 pads. I am so scared to death of getting bit again.

Worthless. They treated my apartment twice and the bugs are still there. The second time they came, the guy was in my apartment for less than five minutes. Before I locked the door, I opened it to see if I could at least smell any chemicals they used. Not a whiff! They're a complete rip-off. I still have critters everywhere. I spoke to several other companies about proper procedures for bug spraying. This company didn't follow a single recommendation that other more professional companies use. They are the bargain basement of critter companies. Use at your own risk.
