My service technician, Mr. Damian was very polite and knowledgeable. He performed the normal interior inspection. He checked all areas where water entered the house, not just the traps behind the tub. He found a pipe with a small leak. Had he not been so thorough I would not know about this leak. Very thankful for Mr. Damian. I will definitely request him again for next year's inspection. Also, the office staff is always very polite and helpful when scheduling and paying.

My service technician, Greg, was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He made a worrisome, stressful time, after coming back from evacuating, easy and painless. Holy crap did DA Exterminating save my sanity, money in my wallet, and my legs from eternal hell. I learned the hard way that even if you don't have any pets it is easy for fleas to latch onto your clothing while you're out and about. I woke up one day thinking I had mosquito bites but as time progressed I realized this was a bigger issue.
I was freaking out to be honest because I was scared it was the B' word-- bed bugs. After checking my bed and everything else I was able to cross that option off the list. I was dumbfounded and wasn't sure what else it could be. Once I gave a call to DA Exterminating, I received a call within an hour from their technician Rodney. Rodney was so informative and honestly had my well being top of mind.
He mentioned to me there was an assessment fee (that is applied to their use of services) to go in-person and see what was happening; however, if I had any pictures he would be able to decipher what my issue was. I mentioned how I discovered a few pesky bugs that would jump and he asked if I had bites solely on my ankles and legs. Once I confirmed he was able to confirm it was indeed fleas. Pricing was more than fair as they only charged $125 for my one bedroom shotgun-esque place.
We confirmed a date/time via text and he arrived within two days. Rodney sent over a few details on what needed to be done ahead of time including removing all stuff off the floor, clearing floors of the closets, and vacuuming everything down. The day of, Rodney arrived with all the equipment and immediately went to work. I waited outside since it was some intense emissions.
He was wearing a gas mask and all. Was instructed to not come inside or else I'd slip on my ass. I chuckled at the various stories he told me, but he said to give it about 3-4 hours before I went back in. Happy to report that I have not had any issues since that day! They even offered a two week grace period to come back and re-do it if after 14 days there were still bites. BEST $125 I HAVE EVER SPENT. ***Don't waste money trying to take care of a bed bug/flea issue yourself. I wasted $50 and it was a waste of money and time from products I got at Home Depot. The commercial grade stuff is the only thing that'll work.***

Heard about DA Exterminating from a friend. My friend works at a restaurant in New Orleans that uses their services. He said they were friendly, always got the job done and did home service as well. I called them around noon and spoke to the owner Chris. I had a rodent issue and needed it resolved quickly. He told me they were booked for the day but he would see what he could do.
He called me back about 5 minutes later and told me someone would be there by 2pm. Albert got to my house and assessed the situation. He was very professional and courteous. About 20 minutes later he had a few different types of traps out some in places I would never have thought of. He said he didn't think poison was necessary especially since I have 2 young children.
He thought his trap set up would solve the problem quickly. I was a bit hesitant because I had been trying to catch this rat for a few days but Albert seemed very confident and his traps looked way more effective than the ones that I unsuccessfully used. He left and so did I for a few hours. When I got home there IT was on one of the traps Albert had placed in a spot I didn't think of. Chris and Albert both followed up with me the next day to see how things were going.
They didn't seem surprised at how quickly they were able to solve the issue. The price was very reasonable and not much more than I had spent on my ineffective traps. Next time I'll just call these guys first and leave it to the professionals.

DA Exterminating sold my mother the Sentricon termite control system. The technicians who periodically check the system seem to lack the proper training. We pulled one of the detection stations out of the ground and showed the technician a live termite on the detection device. He had failed to detect the termites for some reason. We don't know if it was a failure of the technician or a failure of the system.
We also found termites in the wall of the house, and DA Exterminating refused to take responsibility. We'll never hire DA Exterminating again, and we wish we had never heard of them.

They have horrible customer service and they do not communicate with their customers at all. They lie, cheat and steal from you. For the price you pay, you can get much better, nicer, more experienced professionals that know what they are doing for a much cheaper price. Go with Terminix or anybody, don't give your hard earned money to these thieves.

Lisa from DA Exterminators came with All American Home Inspection to inspect a house I am about to purchase to inspect for termites. She informed me all of my options for treating my house for termites and pest control and provided me with invaluable information to help me understand how to maintain my property. I asked a lot of questions and she was very patient explaining to me all of the different types of termites and ways to treat and prevent termites and pests. I would not use any other company and I would also ask for Lisa because she was so thorough and knowledgeable.
