We own a property in Dublin, California that had a mice problem. We called 3 Bay Area Pest Control companies and went with Day and Nite Pest Control to get rid of the mice. Called and asked a question for my mom to try and clarify something. The lady who answered on Feb 4th around 12:30pm was exceptionally rude and gave attitude for no reason. We're taking our business elsewhere. If their customer service is this bad before service, I can't imagine how bad it is after we give them our money.

I was desperate for someone to treat the ants in my Alameda apartment. The lady answering the phone was very polite and had someone at my home later that day. They sprayed the kitchen one time and the ants were gone. Great service! I would definitely use them again.
