Shawn came out on time the day after I called. He identified the wildlife problem and told me how I could easily resolve it. He could have charged me for the trip but did not. Called first thing on a Monday for a yellow jacket issue that was noticed over the weekend, at my mother's residence. They were able to send someone out that afternoon. They went above, and beyond to address the situation, locate the hive in the attic, and remove it. The problem was much worse than was originally thought. The men did a fantastic job taking care of it. My mother is very happy, and so am I. Thank you again for your professional, courteous work. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend this company! I woke up to a swarm of bees in my house, and was so relieved when Shawn came within minutes of me calling! Other places were saying they could come out tomorrow. and I had bees in my house today! He was very helpful, informative, curtious, and efficient. The best part is the bees are gone! I cannot say more about this company! They were recommended to me by my mom because she had used them in the past and she knew they were a company that could be trusted! I had issues with spiders and they came out about an hour after calling them, they were very understanding with how frightened I am of them! Had both ant and bee problems and I was glad I decided to contact this company! Came very fast, quickly identified the type of ants and bees and where they were coming from. After explaining things in terms I could understand and agree to, they went about quickly and efficiently getting rid of my pest problems!
