Sarah, Raff, Lynn are great. New ownership has changed the way they are now. Not all of it is an improvement. No longer has that hometown service

D's is the best. Easy scheduling and always able to provide exactly what we need when that time of year comes around and the creepy crawlies come out.

I highly recommend D's. Nicest people and their recommendations and treatments have been spot on. They are flexible with schedule and the service person Brett is outstanding. Prices are reasonable and even allowed me a payment plan for termite control program. Best suggestion a friend even gave me! Awesome! Was able to explain over the phone the issue and they informed me about it gave me a price set up an appointment. Great customer service and did everything i saw in a video about the issue. Reasonable price. Truly recommended. Will definitely use them again if need to.

Disappointed in lawn service and response of office. Paid for the year in advance unfortunately. Will not renew or use services in the future.

Update to the update. If you use this company or its lawn service and every have to cancel, don't expect to every get your money back. It has been over 2 months since I canceled service and was told I'd get a refund, but as of yet, no refund, no response and no service.

D's did a great job! Their employee Tory Glenn was amazing! He was extremely kind and courteous, very careful around our home. He showed up right at the scheduled time and the job was done quickly. Wow that guy was nice!

Wow! I was skeptical because I thought that the reviews were too good to be true but they were not! I worked with Kelly (sales) and Brett (technician) and I was impressed by both. Neither made me feel rushed and both were professional, respectful, answered all of my questions and concerns, and took care to respect my property. None of my flowers were stepped on (yay!) and another company made a hole in my wall while just giving me a quote!

I got quotes from two national brands as well and D's not only came in with the best price but also provided the best service, by far. I will not hesitate to call them again if I have any other pest problems.

Wallace is amazing! Very knowledgeable about what he's doing and that is a MUST! I did not realize the amount of bugs we had hiding in the yard until he walked around showing me! Passionate about his job and customers! HIGHLY recommend D's!

I was put on the cancel list when there were no openings and ended up getting in within hours that i called. Wallace was very knowledgeable and thorough when checking our home due to an issue with mice. He explained what he was doing and why so that we could adequately address the issue. He was also very friendly. I would highly recommend him and D's.

Been using D's for about 2 years and they are fantastic. Our service tech Wallace in particular is outstanding. He is always prompt in his arrival, willing to answer questions, very knowledgeable and always cheerful. It never takes long to get scheduled and the billing is clear and upfront. Having used other companies in the past I am so glad to have found a company I can trust.

I've used D's for a while; they were fine until they weren't. Let me explain. At the beginning of April, I had D's come out to spray the yard and house. I have them come out every few months, especially when I start seeing spiders or any other unwanted critters. We always select D's most popular plan, the "Good Shield" plan, when we request their services.

This time was no different. Like I said, I'd seen a few critters. They came out and sprayed. Two days later I see more of the same critter than before they sprayed. We called D's back, and they said they'd come back out and spray the yard again. Unfortunately, their Gold Shield plan is more like a "Pyrite Plan"; it looks and sounds legit, but it ain't. It's worthless.

A few days after the second spraying, the critters were even more prevalent than before. Naturally, I called D's back and notified them of the problem. The woman on the phone stated that she'd contact the guy who came out, talk to him about my problem, and then get back to me by the end of the day. She did call back, after 6 p.m. (even though they close at 5), just to let me know that she couldn't get in touch with the individual exterminator until the next day.

She assured me she'd call back. I never received that call. I didn't want to be rude, so I let some time pass before calling again. I let them know of the problem. They're scheduled to come back out next week -- at the expense of yet another fee. Meanwhile, my home is still infested with critters. There will be no "third time is the charm". I have Orkin coming out; hopefully, the problem will be resolved soon. I'll update my post afterward. Im truly hope Orkin can fix the problem D's could not.

Decided to use Bug Tech after we discovered that we had a bed bug infestation. After 5 treatments. Let me repeat, 5 TREATMENTS & several thousands of dollars later & we still could not resolve our bed bug issue. There were times we would come home after a treatment and we could not even smell the slightest of odor from the Bug Tech Technician's treatment. Honestly, I'm under the impression that they just showed up to take our money. Finally, we decided we needed to try someone different.

We chose D's Pest Control. After only 2 treatments and around $800, we have finally won the battle between us and the bed bugs. After each treatment, you could tell that they physically moved items around your home and could actually smell the treatment, unlike Bug Tech's invisible odorless "poison". IF you want to save your money and want excellent results, avoid Bug Tech and choose D's Pest Control.

I moved into a brand new home in June of 2018, and couldn't believe the amount of critters that showed up without pest control. Being new to Lubbock, I wasn't sure who to call, so I decided to give D's Pest Control a shot. and I am so glad I did! Not only have I not seen a single bug, but the customer service reminds me of what the service industry used to be like. Wallace has been our trusty pest technician since the beginning.

He is always on-time, knowledgeable, and really, just a joy to talk with. He's so nice and personable that it feels more like he's a neighbor than someone who sprays our house every few months. D's Pest Control has everything you could ask for in a company - A service that follows through on what it promises and a technician who is there to deliver it with the friendliness you can only hope everyone could possess. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would.

First Yelp review, I'm that upset. They called me 3 hours before my appt. time and asked that I move it back due to another job- I asked to leave it since I had rearranged my work schedule and found alternative shelter for my pets so the original appt time was kept; however, the technician spent less than 45 minutes at my house and explained he needed to get back to the other job.

I was then charged $150 when I had been quoted $110 ($80 for front/back yard, $110 with house) - I was told that was always the price and "they talk to a lot of people". Finally, I was then told that the fleas will come back in about 21 days and had the flea larval stages explained to me. do I want to go ahead and schedule my full -price follow-up appt.? I declined. I will not use this company again.
