Ecola Termite Services

Ecola was great to work with and understood that while I preferred not to have hordes of ants in the house, I wanted all the outdoor critters protected. Spiders still abound outside, and the ants aren't raining down from the ceiling, so I'm very grateful and will call them again each year. Have already recommended them to friends. Good service.

El the service rep did an excellent job when he came out to perform the annual termite service. He did a professional and and courteous service. We use the service yearly and are satisfied with the company.

Wish they would have better communicated that a request to reinspect was to be initiated after l had repairs needed. Had done repairs timely and thought that the technician that did services did not include reinspection. I didn't know until 4 weeks later when escrow company said they needed clearance. Going through Ecola was a nightmare. We had to delay a week due to their lack of communication and knowledge of what was going on. When we did reschedule, they got the dates wrong and we had to pay an extra day at our hotel even though we had reservations already. Our point of contact did not seem like he knew what he was doing and we had to call multiple times just to get a response, we left voice-mails but no response. We ended up cutting them off completely and communicating directly with the fumigation company since they were both responsive and helpful.

Very Good alternative to tenting, using safe ecologically friendly ways of treatment, also way less expensive

Last year, Ecola provided us a certify that no evidence of active infestation and infection was found at my address but we found termites in a lot of places. I found termite ate some of the wood almost empty. I called them several times and they came back to treatment, they told me the chemical they added, will last at least 7 years, just 11 months. later, I saw termites ran around my house.

I am going to replace a Windows and I call them to come into treatment, at that time the wall will open, so they can easier to inspection or treatment, but so sad when they said they can't come in until next 2 weeks, I can't leave the wall open 2 weeks to wait for them. Their service is bad and doesn't care about customers

We used Ecloa for 3-4 years for ants and they were successful in eliminating the ant problem from our house and our daughters house. We also used them for termites because we didn't want a standard fumigation because of my daughters new baby. When we had the roof redone on that house the roofer found a few termites so we needed spot treatment, we have not seen termite evidence since.

We stopped using them in march because they were dunning us for back billing that was paid on time. They were so bad that they sent us a 30, 60 and 90 past due notice THE SAME DAY. We gave them a copy of our canceled check and then they sent us another late notice. SO WE CANCELLED the ant service, they came every 90 days, and 2 months later their guy showed up for another treatment.

I told him that we had cancelled, I was at my daughters house, then we found out, because he left a service notice, that he had gone ahead and treated our house. Fortunately they have never sent us a bill for that final post cancellation service. I am not a complainer but they sent me the opportunity to review so I did.

Scheduling problems. Told me one day and did not show up. When I called the next week or so they said they showed up but almost a week after scheduled date and nobody home. They called incorrect # to resched 2 days later. While on phn figuring all this out she said they would call me back within the hour.have not heard back since. That was at least a week ago.

Ecola is fantastic! Not only did they offer us the most eco-friendly option, but they were the most affordable, too. I felt really educated by all of their technicians and appreciated the time they spent helping me understand termites and how they were affecting our house. THRILLED to have dealt with our termites without having to tent our house!

Ecola was contacted because we needed pest inspection and treatment for a known termite problem. We preferred not to have our home tented as it is a duplex and Ecola offers other acceptable alternative treatments. Nick came out for the initial inspection as well as a re-inspect after treatment and repairs were completed. Contact with Ecola reps on the phone was prompt and professional. Nick was on time for both visits, was very professional, personable and knowledgeable. The agent who came out and did the treatments was equally on time, professional and personable. The work came with a 2 yr. warranty. We are glad we went to Ecola!

If I could I would leave 0. stars Paid an ungodly amount for termite tenting and 2 year warranty with yearly inspection. 1st inspection they didn't want to do spot treatment because it was in a wall. and they said it was probably push out from construction we did that vibrated old droppings out 2nd inspection was scheduled, they cancelled on the. day of the inspection, then again a second time and then told me that they didn't have any more availability for 2 months. had the inspection, they found suspicious areas they want to treat and now they are telling me my warranty has lapsed and I have to pay to renew the warranty for them to do the work. So shady, they just want more money and don'.

Tyson is awesome. He did a great job. He is quick, efficient and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him and will use him in the future.

I was very happy with them but this year the service has dropped. I emailed them to explain I was not happy and contemplating canceling service. Response was "let's us know ASAP if you are cancelling". Not sure what happened but big change in service
