We had an issue with the trash chutes at our residential building that caused an invite for unwanted insects. Michael Passantino was incredibly responsive, got us scheduled right away with competitive pricing for a chute treatment and knockdown treatments of our trash rooms. We are incredibly impressed with the results, follow up and communication from Exodus. I would highly recommend using the Exodus team for any of your extermination needs!

This is a TERRIBLE company! They came to my apartment to treat hornets and all they did is check outside for entry points with NO ladders. Also, they did NOT come inside the apartment to check the vents and hole in the ceiling which is where they are coming in. I called them today and spoke to Mark who said he can not tell me anything and that I have to speak with my property manager. This company is shady and keeps you in the dark about the work they do. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHADY TERRIBLE COMPANY!

We've had great service from the Exodus techs. The chemicals they use seem generally safe and effective as long as you keep periodic applications. Only minor beef: I'd like to see the techs get up to 2nd story for more targeted applications at least once a year instead of just spraying from the ground. It works but makes a mess on windows. Very good communications and schedules are kept.
