Ive used this company twice so far and have had the pleasure of dealing with both Josh and Justin. Both of them are great! Josh came out to our new place that had a terrible roach infestation due to the state the previous tenants left it. Josh listened to my concerns and put us at ease that even though the issue was bad it was manageable. He immeadiatly and swiftly sprayed EVERY surface in the residence.

He did what I am sure was overkill because of how uneasy we felt about the situation. He then answered all of our questions about how long to wait for full effects, what we could expect as for results and scheduled us for another appointment for a second treatment per our request. There was no hidden fees or anything shady what-so-ever. He was very capable of managing the circus of phone calls from everyone in our family never losing contact with us, and always remaining friendly and professional. Justin came out 3 weeks later to do the second service.

I wasn't able to be on location for the second service but my wife was. Being just as professional and polite as expected he did the follow up treatment without a hitch he then called me and answered all of my questions again after just answering them for my wife in person. He then sent us a full report about all the questions asked and the answers given and things we could do to help us maintain the situation on our own.

Point blank this is a great company with great employees who are very knowledgeable in their craft and pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs extermination services!

The technician Clayton was very thorough and informative. He was going to be a few minutes late and phoned before the appointment time to let us know, which we appreciated. I'm originally from the Fort Smith area and now live in Los Angeles. I had a bed bug scare, but didn't want to call some exterminator to charge me $1000 just to come out and have a look. So I called Extermco(a business my family has trusted for years) and even though they knew I obviously, (no longer being local) would provide them no business, they listened to my call and gave me professional and knowledgeable advice. I am extremely pleased with my service from Extermco, from the inspection by Justin to the spraying by the two guys that came out. You certainly have the right person as your salesman, as Justin has a great personality and knows his business well. The performance as far as time-wise and respect for our property was very unique. A lot of times you get disrespectful workers on jobs, but your workers were very mannerly and very sufficient.

A little over two years ago we came over to Extermco for our pest control services. You all inspected our home from top to bottom for termites and others. Chuck calls to make an appointment to do the treatment work each and every month. He always asks questions about any pest that we might have seen. He is very friendly and we enjoy having him come to our home to take care of any pest items we may encounter.

Every quarter, Larry Johnson calls to remind me it's time for service, and makes the appointment for me,. He knows the rest of the staff is gone on Fridays, and works around my schedule. This time, I had another appointment and couldn't be here as early as usual. He adjust his schedule to work with me. Then, this morning, my other appt called and re-scheduled for an hour later...right when Larry was supposed to be here.

I called your office to let them know. Larry readjusted his schedule and showed right up, and finished in plenty of time for me to make my other appointment. he never disappointments me.

We have been using Extermco for many years and have always been satisfied with the service. Over three years ago we moved across country and Extermco continues the yearly check for termites in our home in Arkansas.
