Shawn did a great job of setting up an appointment for me to check out possible birds in our attic. This was the first time I had ever contacted them. He had his technician, Danny, on site the next morning. Danny was awesome with great knowledge of what to do to fix our situation. I will contact this company definitely in the future if the need arises. Thanks.

I called on June first 2022 regarding a bat that squeezed through a very small gap in my bedroom window and unfortunately it was 3am and for some reason my call didn't go through on their side so not their fault it happens with my phone all the time. The person I talked to gave me advice on how to make sure a bat doesn't get in again. I now have the area around my window air conditioner completely blocked off with no way for them to even squeeze through.

Unfortunately I didn't have a net or anything to catch it and release it outside and then it started to swoop down at me and I had no other choice but to use a broom to end the bats life which was my last resort as I also had my stepson inside the house thank god the bat wasn't in his room because both bedroom doors were open at that time and they were right across from eachother. I made sure the bat was deceased before I even touched it with very thick gloves and properly disposed of it.

Had a pest for over a decade. Mikki came and cut through them like butter and treated the source. Definitely recommend this service if you want results

Dalton figured out our issue (red squirrels had chewed through the roof.) He gave us a broad estimate - he guessed that there were 2 squirrels, and if they hadn't given birth, and we caught them, we would be done. If one or both had given birth, that would be another 4 squirrels for each birth, and it would cost another $90 per animal. We appreciated how he explained the cost range and why the range was so large.

He then set some traps. He gave us a choice of what traps to use, and we took his advice. He said that one set of traps was less destructive to the roof, so he preferred to try them first. The squirrels outsmarted them, so he set up the next set of traps the next day, and those worked great. We appreciated that he tried the less destructive method first. In less than a week, our problem was solved. Dalton is excellent at his job, he is informative, and he was a pleasure to work with. I really recommend this company.

One of the best pest control service I have dealt with for the past 6-7 years now. Jan Andersen is very good at what he does. We have been pest free for years. Nature always wins so we have our house inspected both interior and exterior for new burrow points and such and Jan always inspects them, shows them to me and seals them off. Shaun is awesome on the phone. Very polite and helpful.

I used this service for the first time today. We had a bad wasp infestation, and Box Elder bugs showed up today too. It's too early to tell if this will work, but I wanted to say our tech, Bryce, was great! He was early, very knowledgeable and professional. He answered every question and was very patient. After 3 days, we should see the last of these perky wasps!

I contacted a few services to help with our bat issue this last summer. A friend recommended Francis Animal And Pest Control. Sean Francis was quick to respond and pleasant to communicate with about our issue of bats. Jess also was exceptional with his customer service and answering the many questions and concerns I had. He was quick and efficient, and I'm thrilled to say, the bats are no longer an issue!

We had four bats flying in our home in the span of two weeks. I could hear them in our walls and ceiling at night. That was enough for me to call a professional. Jess and Sean told me to wait two weeks after their service to make sure the bats were out, as it could take a while. We had no bats immediately after Jess serviced our home. Francis Animal And Pest Control took care of our bat issue humanely, and promptly.

Woke up at 1 in the morning to a bat flying around my house. I was able to open a window in my bedroom and it flew out. I called Francis Animal and Pest Control at 4 in the morning and left a voicemail. The following morning, at 8 am, I called seven other companies and left voicemails at them all. Francis Animal and Pest Control called back at 9 am and I was able to set an appointment that same day to inspect my attic and direct me in the next steps.

They showed up at 4 pm looked in my attic and said that there were a few, not many bats in my attic. So he went on my roof and found their entry point and sealed up everything and installed a PVC pipe to keep them from getting back in my attic. After that, he came inside and walked through my house with me, and showed me possible places where the bat might have came inside my home. Very professional and answered all the questions that I had. Excellent work! Also, no other company called me back. This was the only one! Highly recommend.

Francis Pest Control is a scam. We have had their technicians out numerous times to deal with our rodent problem without success. The last technician spoke to my wife on the phone and she explained that she found a mouse hole and droppings in several spots in the upstairs area. The technician spent 10 minutes in our home but did not even look at the upstairs problem.

When I called the main office to complain, the owner insisted that the technician was here for 30 minutes and that we would be billed for the visit. I told him that we would not pay for a service that we did not receive. He said that our account would be submitted to collections. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau and I intend to contact the Attorney General's office to file a complaint. I am not prone to complain. It takes a lot for me to express a complaint. I am disabled and I feel that this company is trying to take advantage of us.

Consistent service with 3 different employees. I've worked with Francis Pest Control 3 times over the last 4 years and they always take the time to explain what is going on educate me in my issues and how they can help. Their prices are very affordable compared to other pest control companies I've called. I now hire them quarterly as it is almost the same price if I had them come twice in one year for spiders (summer) and mice (fall).

No more mice, no more wasps and no more spiders. I was hesitant to hire them quarterly at first but now regret not doing it sooner especially now with a baby crawling around. I originally had them come 4 years ago for mice but 4 years later the mice found a new way in and now I'm going to stay ahead of the problem.

What a wonderful experience we had with Francis pest control. Jan was extremely thorough and prompt. I couldn't believe he got to our cabin so quickly. He also called after the job was done and explained what he did and the warranty. I will Definately use this company again. You should too!
