I've used First rate solution Inc. for the first time when, I found out there were bedbugs at my work place. After that I was paranoid and called them for every inspection at my new apartments. I have used First Rate to inspect an apartment that I was going to move into. Gabriel was very thorough in checking for cracks, holes, mice and bedbugs. No bedbugs were found. However, Gabriel found MANY things that were wrong and that the owner had not done. He brought them to my attention, and THANK GOD he did. He saved me so much money and a headache. Due to his inspection. I didn't move into this apartment and I got a full refund on my first months rent and security. Thank you first rate!
