Use this company! You'll be glad you did. This family business responded immediately when we had a termite invasion emergency, on the weekend. William the founder, his daughter Julie, and son Jonathan were are incredibly warm and treated us like family. Their services were reasonable. So glad we found them.

We called the day I got stung and Zack was to my house before I was released from the hospital. I was spackling holes upstairs in our newly purchased home when the wall felt wet. I had no idea what was coming out of the wall next. It was something out of a horror movie. There was a huge nest of yellow jackets behind the wall above my fireplace upstairs and there were thousands of them, not hundreds, thousands. Zach was prompt to respond and treat the nest so I could safely reenter my home.

Somehow we were unlucky enough to get German cockroaches in our home. Well after calling Forsyth exterminating and they came out and sprayed whatever it is they spray there is not a single bug in site. We have been using Forsyth Exterminating for many many years both at the lake and now in our new home in Dawsonville. Our technician, Leroy Heron, has been taking care of our mosquito treatments, insect and termite treatments. Although all of the technicians are great, we requested Leroy to take care of us a long time ago. He is always punctual and does a great job. Can't recommend this company and Leroy enough. Hard to find such great companies anymore.

Let. me be clear, Forsyth Exterminating saved me and my sisters life. My sister discovered a rodent in the house on December 14. We went crazy. No one likes rats and they came into our home through a hole near our air conditioning unit in our backyard. I feverishly read reviews and found Forsyth Exterminating. The owners son-in-law came that week and was just the best.

He went through our house with a fine toothed comb and found exactly where they were coming in and he looked for any additional nests just in case. He placed traps and even though we were too frightened to check the traps, he came back out to remove them the following day and he came back 2-3 more times! Since then, we had the floors and hole repaired and the empty traps he removed a few days ago were so reassuring.

2012 i had my house sealed. Roofline only because that is what they said would solve the problem. They had to come out twice. Come to find out for $1500 they ONLY seal the roof line and a true house seal would be inside out.the basement ceiling/walls, the roof inside and out and all around the house! Waste your money hire Forsyth. Spend your money wisely hire Terminix.

Now in 2012 as a first timer i was clueless. Now i know better. Over the years i still had rats that came into my home. This company never notified me or solicited me about any products or services. I had declined annual charges - i think in 2012 after paying $1500 CASH why would i need to pay annual charges to them? I have now been their done that. Older and wiser.

Between Forsyth Exterminating, Arrow or Terminix who was brand name Allgood. I recommend Allgood aka Terminix. Terminix will sell inside and out your house upstairs, roof line and basement. 2012 was a waste of money. Something to be said Terminix. Call Justin Killian at Terminix. I am impressed how much i didnt know in 2012.

They have been excellent on my termite contract. Did a detailed analysis and declared my home in great shape. Made two additional trips out at no charge when I needed some additional help. Fine example of customer service and I would highly recommended using them.
