I had a phone call saying my appointment had been canceled on the day they were suppose to come spray the INSIDE of my home So I canceled further service. Yet I get a bill for $79.00 saying they came and sprayed the outside of my house! Sorry but if you call and say you canceled my appointment don't come on my property performing a service and want me to pay for it!

I called customer service and told them what had happened, after speaking with 3 different individuals they told me they would take care of it and cancel my account. I get a call 2 weeks later wanting their money and they NEVER closed the account! NO ONE should use this company! I will make sure to warn all my Friends about how horrible they are and how rude management was towards me. I am a business owner and if I treated my clients this way I wouldn't think they would come back.

They were very confident about their services when signing. it ended up they lied(they dont perform services on commercial building, there hidden fees when cancelling), poor service(an hour work went down to less than 15 mins). i would like to say they are scammer level. After 8 months, they charged me $140 again without letting me know. I wasted $75+$140+$140+time to call these scammers. I WARN YOU NEVER DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS SCAMMER!

My email to this company after the notification of services was placed on my door.: Will need you to come back to spray in the basement and 1st floor as we were not here when your reps performed the service. We did not have adequate time from notification to get back to you to set up a time for service. Never come during the week again as we work regular hours.

All services will need to be on a Saturday that we arrange to our schedules or we will have to switch to a company that prides itself in working with the owner/customer on doable appointments. We will pay for the complete service only after the complete service is completed. Thanks. I recommend reaching out to us to setup that return service call. Also, if we decide to continue with your company, send the contact emails at least 3-4 weeks in advance. V/r

Critical: Quality, Value $139 is a lot to pay just for someone to sprinkle mosquitos killer. The tech was at my house 5mins. I went to use the bathroom came back outside to ask him a question and he was gone. Service: Mosquitoes

I love our pest guy! Darnell is always pleasant and very thorough! Every time he has had to come back between visits he has taken care of it completely. He took out a nasty hornets nest like a champ! Thank you! Services: Spiders, Cockroaches, Ants

Technician arrived and called to let me know he was on the premises. He stated he was prepared to provide both internal and external services. We have been using this service for years and their service providers are very personable and responsive. They give us notices of their scheduled appointments and stick to it. When we have called for spot issues, they have always come out within 24 hours. Services: Fleas or mites, Spiders, Termites, Cockroaches, Rodents, Bed bugs, Ants, Hornets or wasps, Mosquitoes, Bees

Technician was asked to treat the entire yard. Had an attitude. Had to call them company and request service again. I was told they only treat 30' from house. Explained my yard is 90' x 200' and the dog has access to the entire yard. A dog does not know where 30' ends. Until this summer, they have treated everything. We have not had any problems with spiders, ticks, fleas, etc. BUT this year, we have had to call and have them service again, within the 3 month period of time to treat, especially for ticks. Looking for another reputable company.

I trusted the company but got very disappointed when I found out they performed a double service and charged me over $240. for one visit without my knowledge. They claim they notified me by text and email but the messages were generic and unspecified. It is sad that the company is doing their best to take advantage of the customers at the end of the mosquito season to charge them for the the non-existent pests and mosquitos. I will never use their service again. They should Care for the customers not for the money!

They are responsive and very courteous. Every interaction has not only been positive, but impressive. You get the sense that they care about your experience and they value your business. With some companies, the high-level customer service disappears after the contract is signed. Frontline remains amazing. All of the staff that I've met s been great but our most recent tech, Andrew was really great and even laughed at my "mom" jokes.

Well first, their salesmen can't read. I only assume this, as they walk right past my No Trespassing sign, after driving past the No Soliciting sign in the entrance to the neighborhood. never do business with people who can't follow simple instructions.

I've had the service for almost a year in a brand new construction home and they have eliminated nothing. They have came to my home during the normal service intervals and in between services for spiders and mice. I still have spiders and I still have mice in my garage. And when I call, after I see these issues they just say ok we can retreat the. area, no explanation as to why I still have these issues or how they can better my issue. Called to set a cancellation for after my contract, nope I have to call back after the actual date and speak to a manager to cancel. Buyer Beware!

I've been using Frontline since 2017 and I've always been happy with the service and professionalism of the technicians. If I have an issue with bugs in between my normal service, they always have a tech out within a few days. I have to give a shout out to Keith Miller, as he's done a great job educating me about pests and what it takes to get them under control. A wonderful & friendly guy who should be recognized for his work!

Salesmen lie. Did not get the service I paid for. Needed tick control and was told no problem. When they came out they said they were treating for general pest not ticks and the salesman had lied to me. Called office twice and was assured it would be corrected. Second time guy comes out and says I 'm here to spray for general pest not ticks. I sent him away.

This company hires people to lie to you to get you to agree to service. Sales person told me that initial service and 30 day follow up were included in initial fee. I was told I could cancel at any time that I was not locked into service. I gave been very unhappy with the se I've they maybe spend 10 mins at my hone I have noticed no less bugs. I. called to cancel and was told no it would cost 200$.

You are asked to sign for initial services not being told it is a year contract you are not given contract to read only told it will be emailed to you. This company does not stand by its sales people. I have reported them to BBB and hope no one gets lied to by them any more.

This company has rude sales people going door to door during a pandemic. Not wearing masks and telling people to call the police if they want them to leave. Unprofessional, rude and dangerous.

Worst experience ever. I got an offer from a young girl who came to my house. I accept it because she said it was for the crawling space and attic. I never received any email confirmation or business information. However the same day another kid came to my house and did the outside of my house, when I was going to check if he was ready to go. underneath the house, he was already gone.

Another person came a month later and I told him I didn't want anything done, he finally gave me a phone number and some account manager contact me offering a free service to complete the previous one, I told him I just wanted to cancel and then he kept saying I had to pay an early termination fee for a contract I never received. To this point I still haven't received it, but i got a bill for $140. Be aware, I end up paying a lot for a job my husband does. I feel scammed

I am very disappointed as a new costumer. 1st appointment wrong service was scheduled so I had to wait a week for a new appointment. Then last night a no show, no call, appointment missed. Called this morning to see what happened and I can't be rescheduled until Friday. Not holding my breath for someone to show on Friday at this point.

I've worked for Frontline for 8 years. It is refreshing to work for people who constantly try to do the right thing. They balance well between being focused on people and the numbers that help run the business. Great service, great people, and overall a great place to work.
