Nick, my technician is always punctual, friendly, professional and very, very knowledgeable. Very thankful for him! He explained everything and was a pleasure to have in my home. There was a huge difference after just one visit! Thank you for everything Nick!

I wouldn't recommend this company. The first year of service was decent. Since then some of the worst service ever. The exterminator/representative was sending inappropriate messages to my girlfriend who filled in for me during a visit; due to my work schedule. I requested another person fill in for any future appointments. They sent him back on two occasions.

The messages became even more lude as time went on and she had to block him. I canceled my contract and satisfied all my contract obligations. A year passed and I gave them another chance. Huge turnaround with exterminators and poor training. Each one just as bad. The most recent exterminator only serviced 1 out of 3 floors and didn't address the basement.

I was advised that he would return in 3 weeks to complete the work. The same technician returned and told me, "his equipment was malfunctioning and he would return at some point." Several months and several calls went unanswered. I received several demands for payment. I reached out to the office again and finally got someone on the phone. Essentially I had to pay for services not rendered. Avoid this company at all costs. Unless you want to be frustrated, mistreated or sexually harassed.

Just spoke to intake guy. Didn't get his name. Very rude and gruff. He told me they don't give out prices only after the free complimentary inspection but I asked him one more time at the end of the call if he could give me a ballpark figure and he raises his voice and yells at me in a very disrespectful tone and says "MA'AM I ALREADY TOLD YOU WE DON'T GIVE PRICES OVER THE PHONE!" I hung up on him immediately - you talk to me in a disrespectful tone you just lost my business! It's called customer service - be kind to every customer!

Same thing happened to me too. I called and tried to schedule an appointment and they said they will call me back to confirm the appointment, but they never called and showed up suddenly. I wish they can give people some notice.

One of their drivers almost ran over a pedestrian while pulling around to pass me as I was stopped at a crosswalk, and then proceeded to make obscene gestures at me while tailgating when he couldn't get around me. License plate was P44 447. Cannot be a good company!

When I purchased my home, the previous owners had a one year service plan with this company. They came out a few times to lay traps and spray for bugs. I was relatively happy with the service, although on the last visit I noticed that the tech who came missed a mouse that was dead in one of the traps they set in the garage. The reason for the poor review is because of the poor customer service I experienced when dealing with the dispatch / office staff.

I called to set up an appointment to have them out since I thought I was still on the plan. I left a message with the answering machine telling them I wanted someone to come out and asked that they call me back to schedule something. They never returned my call but someone showed up to perform service. I told him I wasn't expecting him but he could come in and do the service.

I explained I thought this would be the last appointment on the current service plan I was on but wasn't sure because nobody called me back. I later received a bill for almost $500 with no explanation for what it was for. I called the office to tell the person I thought I was on the plan, and that they sent me someone without confirming an appointment or explaining I was no longer on the plan (it expired 2 weeks prior to my service).

She accused me of wanting free service, and berated me for letting the person in the house if I didn't want an appointment. She never acknowledged that it was a mistake to have sent someone to my home without ever telling me I'm no longer covered or confirming the appointment. I ended up speaking with the owner who had the same tone and told me he didn't want me as a client. They are better at working with rodents and pests than humans, I won't use them again.

For any of you who are not aware of this service that General Environmental offers: LISTEN UP! Last year was the first time I was able to enjoy my yard and not get eaten alive. Why? General Environmental came to my house every 4-5 weeks and sprayed my yard with environmentally friendly, kid and pet friendly mosquito and bug deterrent.(Ask them what it is) This was done with my pets in the yard - perfectly safe! AND IT WORKS! I wish I had know about this years ago - worth every penny. Merrill Savage

Very friendly staff and a free inspection! Others wanted over $100 just to come into my house. The inspector was very thorough.
