Hammerhead Termite Control

Always polite, if they say they will be there, they are. Very thorough!

Someone was supposed to come out, never showed and we left several messages with no response. They tented our home and we found termites and needed assistance.

Great price, and quick turn around for house tenting! They are usually booked out in advance a few months, so call sooner rather than later. They charged 1/3 to 1/4 the price of other companies and had us back in a day.

Couldn't have gone smoother. I had plants in the front of my house pulled up and then replanted them after. No delays and we were back in within 24 hours. Good experience for being so nervous. Iris on Key Colony Beach

Excellent experience! We were most concerned about our vegetation that surrounds our home. Mark, Brian, and their crew were careful to drop the tents as close as possible to the house so that most of our palms and bushes were left unscathed. Thank you for a great job!

Had them out to tent my new house I bought. Great job. House is termite free & they cleaned up after they were done. Highly recommend them.

Hard to get on the phone, but once you are scheduled their crew bust hump to get the job done well and in a timely fashion. Technicians make the extra effort.

Professional and extremely diligent. I watched them do the neighbors has and they were very good at what they do, and extremely considerate of everything. When they finished, they cleaned up everything and left it spotless! This week we had them do our house and it was the same excellent service! I highly recommend them

They were good in the job they did but but was terrible in taking responsibility for damaging the property. A family member had their house fumigated by Hammerhead Company and the workers damage a water pipe and tried to cover up the damaged pipe by braking off a tree branch and sticking it in the damaged pipe. They took no responsibility at all. The water pipe must have been leaking from the time they started so the water bill the following month was extremely high.

They showed the owner and he took no responsibility at all and kept making excuses. They had to call a plummer to fix it and has to pay the bill themselves. They took pictures of the tree branch showing that it was placed in the hole and they forwarded the pictures to claim damage and Hammerhead only forward the pictures they chose to forward but excluded the important pictures that proved their unprofessionalism.

My family was reimbursed but not by Hammerhead as they never took responsibility for the damage that was done. I'm not going to say that you should not hire them for the job but I will advise that when they damage property they make excuses and beat around the bush and don't take responsibity for their actions. People make mistakes all the time which is human and natural but just be professional and take responsibity.
