I had the company out to assist with squirrels in our attic. They sent out a pretty experienced guy who helped us seal up the spot they were getting in and was able to fix our problem. We also sprayed for cockroaches and other things, but they never got to the bottom of the problem, were poor communicators, and it seems that service slowly deteriorated while prices slowly increased. Finally needed to cut ties as my attempts to remedy the service relationship never resulted in any improvement.

I have been a regular client of Hill Country Pest Control for several years. I have them come out quarterly to treat both inside and outside of my house and my rental for insects (primarily scorpions). The service has been effective but I request morning appointments every time and they can't seem to make that happen. It seems to me that since you know I am quarterly you could schedule my appointment in the morning. Telling me that you will be there between 8 and 5 is just not working.

Great website with very quick communication after asking a question. Squeezed me into their crowded schedule so we could get a pest control treatment before our household goods delivered to our newly purchased home. Technician let us know when he was in the way. He was professional, courteous, and let us know we would see things crawling out and dying, and we did! Great, great service and communication. Is now our go to, regular schedule now.
