After discovering some tiny spots in our master bathroom ceiling, and then a single live termite on the bathroom counter, we called Hoffer (based on Angie's List and other reviews) to come out for an inspection. Julio Gutierrez was there same day, and we got the bad news (not Hoffer's fault) we had formosan subterranean termites - the worst and most aggressive kind. The full-day, pretty expensive treatment was done a week later by the hard-working and impressive technician Michael Hornberger. At every step of the way, excellent and responsive customer service. Eric Hoffer even stopped by the house on treatment day and offered to respond to any questions we may have. Frankly, it's so rare these days to encounter polite, knowledgeable and responsive service companies - I'm glad we found Hoffer and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them in the future.

I've been using Hoffer Pest Solutions now for about 3 years. My house was spot treated for termites 3 years ago and have had my yearly inspections and not a sign of any termites.
