Did a great job. Very conscientious about the hose and avoiding plants. I only wish the fee for missing the 1st appointment wasn't so steep. It was a bit out of my control as the contractor came unexpectedly and i forgot about the house being sprayed. I will be a good customer and obviously have a larger home with good revenue for you guys. I'd appreciate it if you would lessen it. Larry T

I have used Hogarth's Pest Control, Wildlife & Animal Removal for a few years now. Mostly for ants but also to rid my chimney of raccoons. They are professional, efficient. I have been very pleased with their service and would highly recommend them. Service: Ant extermination

My first call to the company went great, although I'm not sure who I spoke to. The woman was very knowledgeable and respectful. However, due to financial strain we needed to use a different company and when I called to cancel one of the owners made me feel bad for what needed to be done (which was out of my hands as we are renters). Had she been kinder and more understanding, instead of a belittling know-it-all, I would have given five stars solely based on the knowledge of this company.

However the classless response to my need to look elsewhere was deplorable. I would have happily called Hogarth's again in the future but unfortunately the way our situation was handled has changed my mind.

Treatment included 3 different instances and first 2 were adequate and thorough, but the 3rd time they flew through the treatment and only focused on 1 room instead of all as they indicated they would. Value answers to questions by technicians. Details were missed and now we continue to deal with the infestation, costing even more money. $850 for 2 hours of time spent. Ridiculous. Customer service was lacking when tried to explain situation making it our fault because we "waited too long".

We have used Hogarth's for years! Initially it was to spray for spiders and wasps. In recent years we've had them come out and spray for ants too. We are now using their rodent services to keep mice out of our pole barn after we had an infestation and they damaged some things. Super reliable, professional and honest. Will continue to utilize Hogarth's for our pest control needs for years to come.

If you are looking for pest control you have found the right company. We have had insect and skunk problems that they were able to solve. New garage build. It already was full of spiders and webs during the process. I was happy to have them come and spray. We had the main house sprayed in the spring and had been very satisfied with the outcome. I called them for their window cleaning service once. They asked if I had pest control done by them. When I said no they asked if I was interested. I explained that I had it done earlier in the year (unplanned) by someone who was in the area doing the neighbors. Their response was, "Then we're not cleaning your windows" and they hung up on me! Little did they know I probably would've used them for the following year. They ended up losing all of my business.

Hogarth's was a great company to work with. I had a problem with bedbugs and cockroaches in a rental property and they were able to completely eradicate the pests. They were always prompt and took time to explain what they were going to do and what chemicals were going to be used. The office staff was very helpful and easy to communicate with. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

I recently had a critter stuck in an old wood stove chimney that was capped in my living room ceiling. After two sleepless nights, I called Hogarth's. The gal on the phone could tell I was uncomfortable with the situation and was kind enough to ask a technician who lived nearby to stop by at the end of his day. He arrived promptly, was very professional, and very caring and understanding.

He was able to rescue the trapped flying squirrel and secure the chimney until a new cap could be installed. I was very impressed with his skill, his knowledge, and his compassion. Cost was appropriate and customer service was excellent. I would definitely recommend calling Hogarth's for any pest control issues you may be experiencing.
