After training and working with Brad Dean, a local contractor, Jarrod started performing home inspections in 1986 in Charlotte, Monroe NC, Gastonia NC, Mooresville NC, and Concord NC.After a few years the company grew to 5 home inspectors. Jarrod sold the pest control business and began performing home inspections full time. Jarrod found his calling: Providing peace of mind to home buyers.
