He has reached the highest level of home inspector certification by InterNACHI, the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors. All of InspectorUSA's inspection services adhere to InterNACHI's Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics. At no additional charge, we will include a Termite/WDI Inspection because we know how vital it is, especially in this area, to inspect for pests that could compromise the structure of the building.
When you buy, sell or refinance a home insist on an Official Wood Destroying Insect Report (commonly referred to as a Termite Inspection, Pest Inspection, Real Estate Report or Clearance Letter) provided by a licensed and experienced pest inspector. Only Licensed Pest Control Operator can provide an approved clearance certificate for financing requirements.
The requirements for government guaranteed loans on manufactured housing changed to include a permanent foundation. It is required that foundations be certified by a licensed professional engineer to be in compliance with HUD-7584 (Permanent Foundation Guide for Manufactured Housing). This applies to FHA and VA loans.

I had a very good experience working with Michael and team for my home inspection. As a first time home buyer was very nervous about the home inspection process, but Michael provided a good summary during our in person meeting, provided a detailed report that I could understand a couple days after, and called me back very quickly when I requested a follow up phone consultation for some follow up questions to clarify recommendations. Based on my experience, I would certainly recommend working with them.

Michael Green and his staff were fantastic. They were all very polite and did great work for me when I bought my new house. I like how Thorough Michael was with his inspection. He even took pictures of everything. I loved that. It was an extra step of proof that he actually went through the whole house.

Mr. Green did our home inspection in January, we were very satisfied with his work. In the early Spring, shortly after moving in, we started having a few ant and unexpected termite issues in our new home, we called Mr. Green and he came out the next day. Paid for initial spray with follow ups every 3 months starting in Dec 2012. Dec came and went and we never heard from him. I called him in Jan and he said his wife was in the hospital. While I understand and feel for family issues, he still has a business to run and could have contacted his customers or had somebody else take care of us for him. He said he would contact me to reschedule but still hasn't to this point.
